I heard over the weekend one of those relationships was with a wealthy well drilling owner who has a son on the team and repeatedly expressed his desire for his son to be a shining star for the team and the HC never made that happen. This sounds like bad information to me... I personally know the man you are referring to. He is kind, and most of all, he is down to earth and humble. I also reached out to some people who would be considered "in the know" and they disagreed as well. The man is a huge supporter of CF athletics and in general. So much so he addressed a concern with the lack of coaching support and decided to come out and help coach this year. Things went downhill for him when coaches and players began experiencing disrespect and unwarranted criticisms. However, this is all hearsay, but definitely worth discussing IMO. I wonder if you opinion of the information has changed now that the entire valley knows who was responsible for the coaching change.

Sure does not. I believe in my judge of character over the rumor mill. I have heard next to nothing out of the community about this issue since the initial aftermath. Not sure what you heard that you feel should change my opinion...

Sure does not. I believe in my judge of character over the rumor mill. I have heard next to nothing out of the community about this issue since the initial aftermath. Not sure what you heard that you feel should change my opinion... Unfortunately in this case your rumor is very true and it's possible your judgement is clouded by friendship. You must not be as close to the community as I thought.
