A significant fact about the U of M defense, that could make Rambo very happy. The U of M defense has injured the starting QB in SIX of their games. A little nugget from Peppers, who I think is an jack wagon. He was asked about Curtis Samuel. His answer, "I don't think he's been hit hard enough, often enough." Admittedly, I haven't viewed enough Michigan games to make a judgement, but if they are wearing as a badge of pride, the fact they have knocked 6 QB's our of the game is a bit on the pathetic side. It sometimes is a fine line between playing dirty, with intentional cheap shots, with the intent to injure a player and good, physical and aggressive play. Let's hope, for the good of the game, the latter is the case. Jabrill Peppers certainly exudes over the top arrogance, but every coach would love to have this kind attitude as a leader of their defense.

Was Jabrill Peppers the one who broke J.T. Barrett's leg in 2014 game ? ^^^ Is pathetic to pride yourselves on hurting anyone purposely.

I've seen every Michigan game and I don't think I've seen any QB injuries that struck me as dirty. Michigan's defense is physical and the strength of our DL means that QB's get hit hard and often. When you are getting pounded all game long injuries happen.

It's been at noon last few years I don't understand either. It's a prime time style of game. A 12:00 start in the VAST majority of the games. Part of the tradition of the rivalry. Not ABC, one of the few battles they have lost concerning start times. Both OSU and U of M have vociferously fought for the 12:00 start. And for it to be that EVERY year. Delany: No night Ohio State-Michigan games in the future Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany met with a group of reports in Ann Arbor – and quelled any thoughts of a possible OSU-UM night game. by Luke Zimmermann@lukezim Aug 9, 2013, 7:05pm EDT Outside of noon games, it seems the slight deviation to 1 p.m. is the only other possible time on the table of late. Though 2006's "Game of the Century" was played at 3:30, that might have to be as late as we expect these things to ever go given the time of year The Game's played. The Big Ten's commissioner Jim Delany spoke to the media in Ann Arbor Friday and had more on the subject: "I don't expect that game to be in prime[time]. No one has ever asked for it, and television networks know we wouldn't move it without the consent of the schools -- and I don't think they're open to it." Dave Brandon's been the most outspoken critic of hosting that game at night (amongst other UM games), and while Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer would probably love to do it in primetime, Gene Smith's played ball with Brandon and mostly agreed to a similar sentiment as his Michigan counterpart. Delany had more on the subject: "We're just looking to kind of get into an environment to where we have some access to some quality games in the month of November," [Delany said]. "Each case is unique. Each game is unique. It's the toughest weather month, in this part of the country the weather shifts in the second or third week of October."

Michigan is a veteran group but the vast majority of them have never beaten Ohio State. I believe the only players who've experienced that would be 5th year seniors and I doubt UM has many of them. Ohio State is young but extremely talented. I'm actually surprised to see the line at almost a touchdown in favor of OSU.
I usually have a pretty good feel on these types of games but I have no idea how tomorrow is going to go.
I do think they winner of this game will be in the playoffs.

It's been at noon last few years I don't understand either. It's a prime time style of game. Neither the Columbus or Ann Arbor police department's want anything to do with a night game. An entire day of drinking for thousands of tailgaters and college students followed by an intense game is a recipe for mayhem.

Don't care about the rest of college football. TRADITION says OSU and U of M must play at 12:00

noon, or night, who cares. Its game time. I think this game will depend on 2 things. Special teams play and turnovers. I like OSU at home by 10 or less.

The biggest college football game of the year!
Good to see this storied rivalry get back to what it should be, after the one-sided dominance of the past 13 years.
Good to see the Big Ten regain the prominence, it once enjoyed.

Personally I liked the 3:30 kickoffs of this game better. I hope the offensive coordinator for Ohio Sate does not personally try to improve J.T. Barrett's draft stock again, as he did last week making him be a ball hog. If he/she does we will lose, Gotta use and trust some of the other players on the team.

Ohio State might win this despite having a QB that can't throw an accurate pass

Need to chance a shot down field. Get Samuel on some slants. Barrett needs to relax in pocket and o line to secure him. Defense has been legit, osu is a second half team hope they pull one out.

NO TACO's For Michigan! THE biggest lie ever perpetuated in college football history about a College player. There is NO FRIGGING WAY that big mouth Peppers runs a 4.41 forty. He couldn't catch JT from behind on his 40 yard run. Peppers was 1 yard behind JT at the beginning and ended one yard behind him when JT ran out of bounds.

so it wasn't warm enough for Barrett to forward pass
nice win tho, best game i've seen between these two as a whole...hard fought and a little tense
if Barrett goes pro, (which i doubt but) who is our QB next year?

Harbaugh isn't worthy to be a head coach of a big time program, if he can't control his temper. His unsportsmanlike conduct penalty when his D-lineman jumped offside cost his team the game. Watch Harbaugh on the sideline and watch Urban on the sideline. Who would you rather have as your head coach? AND instead of taking the blame for the loss he has a tirade blaming the officials. A low class head coach.

What a game! The #2 team vs. the #3 team didn't disappoint in drama. Though they did contribute to my "football induced Tourettes!"
If Barrett is smart, he'll stay next year to work - no way he goes high in the draft. Just isn't consistent.

ALL OSU fans should be rooting for this to happen. Penn State to beat MSU. Why play another game and risk a loss? Minnesota to beat Wisconsin giving Wisconsin 3 loses. Wisconsin to beat Penn State in the Big Ten Title game, giving Penn State 3 losses. Even though IMO Ohio State is in the Final Four NOW. That scenario makes it a 100% certainty. AND Ohio State gets one more week to rest and prepare for the Four Team Playoffs than the other 3 teams
