Maxpreps has it about right other than Sandusky should be higher and Ontario should be above Vermillion as well. IMO Just to be clear I posted this before I saw EDISON beat Vermillion

Well statistically... OG is taller than vermillion team wise. Max preps has OG ahead of Vermillion with strength of schedule. OG has played more teams with stronger sos's OG has a slight edge on points per game this season Vermillion has the points allowed by opponents edge. Haven't found where I can see correct overall team stats to compare yet. But based on this and not records I would pick Vermillion over OG all day long. But since it can't happen til regionals only time will tell who the better team is. And I think Wapakoneta Upper and Wooster and maybe Lexington have a little more than a chance to say something about this bwahahaha!!!

Not sure what Wooster has to do with anything. Can't wait to see the brackets for this district. Ontario, Shelby and Huron could knock off a higher seed

Wooster has a chance to hang losses to teams in the district thus impacting those teams...

Wooster has a chance to hang losses to teams in the district thus impacting those teams... A loss to Wooster by Lex or Madison won't hurt Madison at all and would just slightly hurt Lex. On the other hand a win over Wooster would help both significantly

Ahh yes, Ontario does just fine getting there, but then their dumpiness takes over. How many have they actually won? I remember a few years back, they completely outmatched a young Sandusky team and dumped right down their leg. Similar to what you like to do in bridge. A whole lot of dumpage down there in that community. GO tigers. Oh, and if you were gonna ask. Huron has been to three district finals in the past 5 years. And has won two of them. Hopefully they run in to dumpy Ontario this year because that will mean another district title.

8 out of 11 under Balogh
Every time you type you prove your ignorance. You call losing by 2 being "outmatched"?
Only since YOU broached the subject. Ontario's record against Huron is 5-3, all in the District Tournament. Wynford from the same league as Ontario at the time, is 8-3 against Huron, all in the tournament. That's 13-6 against what was the itsy bitsy NCC.
I'm not going to do all the homework for a teenie. Tell us, in the past 30 years how many District Final games has Huron played? How many have they won?
You can save being embarrassed, if you don't make such obtuse statements and questions.

Willard- listen here you dumpy son of a *****. Since I have been alive, Huron has had more success in basketball than Ontario. In the past five years, Huron has had more success. And this is just basketball. Don't get me started about football, where Ontario has dumped for decades. In the past 5 years at Huron we have: 2 district titles in basketball, with another district final appearance. 2 regional appearances in football (elite 8) 2 regional appearances in baseball (elite 8) 5 district titles in volleyball, with a state title. One wrestling state title, (Ryan Pickett) One track individual title, Treyvon Matthews, 110H. Also, I know we have had good success w/ girls/boys golf.
Your dumpy Ontario cannot compete with the Tigers. I really hope they run in to them in bball so we can shut you up once and for all. go tigers

Who was starting no upperclassmen at all. And they still dumped it!! HA! Ontario can't finish, just like you in bridge. GO tigers

Your ability to formulate good sentence structure is poor. If a 10 point win means Sandusky was "outmatched", what would you call Huron this year against Margaretta and Sandusky?

I'm asking for REAL history, the past 30 years. This is a basketball forum, thus basketball history. Does your mommy know you have an ignorant ugly mouth?

I could keep going Willard, I just don't have the archives necessary to give you 30 year history. I can almost guarantee we have had much more success than Ontario. For one, i know Huron has the most conference titles in basketball in the SBC. In the past five years alone, 2 district titles, 1 other appearance. What has Ontario done in that span? We have a storied football tradition, and probably 4x the playoff appearances than dumpy Ontario. Our volleyball team is a state powerhouse, I'm sure they alone have more state titles in the past 30 years than your whole dumpy school has. i'm sure one of my fellow tigers on this site has the proper historical facts to support my argument.

If you are actually in high school why are you wasting your time on the internet bragging about somebody else's accomplishments rather than dedicating your time to participating and making your own?

This is a basketball forum, this is basketball season, if you want to talk about other sports go to those forums. THE discussions have been about basketball AND not just the past 5 years. If you don't know more than 5 years of history, you are not worthy.....more so than usual.
Give the true facts of what Huron has done the past 30 years in the District Finals. I've already given you the FACTS concerning how Ontario and the itsy bitys NCC has done against Huron in the past 30 years in the tournament, it doesn't look good for Huron.
Since YOU opened the door concerning LEAGUE success....in the past 30 years Ontario has won 21 league titles and finished 2nd 4 times, in basketball. Tell us the true facts on how many league titles Huron has won, in basketball, the past 30 years.
You've proven you have a disdain for anyone not in high school. Try to be polite and ask a few Huron adult basketball fans, who've seen WAY WAY more Huron basketball than you. They might be able to help you in these endeavors.
