Avenging a championship loss in the following season

Last night Clemson won a national title by defeating the same team that had beat them in the title game the year before. With this being the 2nd time that sort of thing has happened in major sports in the past year (Cavs over Warriors being the other) I began wondering how often this has happened.

So after doing a little research, here is a list of all the times that 2 teams have faced each in championship rounds in consecutive years with each team winning once (in the Big 4 sports & major college sports.) Anyone have examples of this happening in HS State championships, or any other levels college or pro sports?
