Seen St Peter's game with Shelby on the tube
They have one of the better teams in this area I have seen!!!
Shelby has some talent also, but they got killed on the boards it looked like to me.
St Pete played great defense, rebounds well, moves the ball well.
I have one problem with St Pete and that's got to do with OHSAA!!!
Recruiting!!! And some will say they don't, Well I have some good swamp ground to sell you if you believe that!!
I don't know why local school even play them because of this, but that's their decision!!
Private schools in their own class and league!!
There also are some public schools around this area that are in the recruiting class also!!!

Of the kids on the HS roster for St Pete, how many of them decided to attend in the last 3 years?

Ontario started playing St.Petes again in 2011-12 after a hiatus of 9 years. Local team, good crowds. Ontario has won the game each year including this year. Next year will be another matter. As St. Petes will be even better next year. Have you seen St.Pete's 7th, 8th and 9th grade teams? IMO among the worst in the area. "Recruiting" must not start until 10th grade. Again JMO, I expect their current coach won't be there after next year when his son graduates. So hang in there, St.Petes will be back to being average.
