They have a very positive coach, that has worked very hard with these kids. He's involved with all the age groups, unlike the previous coach.

They are better because : - the young coaching staff and 3rd year head coach are figuring things out and getting the kids to believe in the system, program, and themselves. - a rash of injuries the last few years hurt them bad, last year I counted 16 kids in street clothes due to injuries, no program can sustain that many injuries - this year a lot of returning starters who are talented but were young last year and maybe not quite ready for varsity - and above all the attitude this year is vastly different! Tiffin had been staying healthy until the QB who has been playing GREAT went out near the end of the 2nd quarter tonight and did not return. But TC went on to score 21 points against Sandusky all on long drives in the 2nd half without attempting a single pass!

Nice to see you around again! Thanks! I have still been a TC fan but haven't been invested in the program since my older son graduated 6 years ago. Now my younger son is a sophomore on the team and one of my daughters is a MS cheerleader so I will be around for a while:). Maybe that's the difference this year - my older son was on the most successful Columbian team ever during his 3 years in HS making it to the regional finals his Jr and Sr year. And now my younger son is on the team this year so that must be it, ha!

It's good to see tiffin back!! It can only be a good thing for the league, that makes the lake division a meat grinder for sure,

Good to see you back, Blodg!
So, I suspect Sandusky may be weak against a strong running game?

Tiffin from my recollection has always been quality and good in football, they have a great talent pool as well, I think it’s a combination of the two aforementioned.
They are in the driver seat in the league, let’s see if they can keep it.
