JT Barrett IV - QB Rating 2014 - 169.8 - arm started taking a beating from Urban making him run read option too much 2015 - 139.2 - regressed from Urban running read option too much, screwing up his arm 2016 - 135.3 - JT's like Urb, my arm, my arm 2017 - 160.1 - JT rebounds but still not as good as his freshman year, Urban ruined his arm, turned it into a noodle arm
Braxton Miller couldn't even throw it 30 yards downfield after Urban got done destroying his arm. Urb kept running Braxton over and over. Go get those 1,000 rushing yards Braxton, to heck with your arm
Dwayne Haskins 2018 - 190.8 - Then we hear Urban is working hard on making Dwayne a runner. HUH? Urban would ruin Tom Brady's arm just to run the read option. Urban only knows how to win running the read option. Yikes. Urban is no Bill Belichek, Bill never calls a read option and he wins at the highest level.

Ohio State fans can be quoted line and verse why we like Haskins as our QB. However, Pro Football Focus ranks Haskins as the #3 QB in the Big Ten behind Penn State's McSorley and Wisconsin's Hornibrook. Their reasons are the following: 1) "Haskins' Average Depth of Target is 7.9 yards past the line of scrimmage, 2nd lowest in the league. 54.8% of his yardage is after the catch, thanks to his receivers." 2) "Haskins has thrown more passes behind the line of scrimmage than all other Big ten QB's." 3) "Of all the QBs in the Big Ten, Haskins has targeted passes short of the 1st down marker the most often at 61.6%." 4) "Haskins has much to thank his O-line for. He has been kept "clean" from pressure on 79.7% of his passes, the most in the Big Ten." 5) "Haskins sees a significant drop in QB efficiency from 147.2 to 46.9 when pressured. Yes, QBs see a drop in efficiency when pressured, but more than a 100 point drop is massive and the biggest of any QB in the Big Ten." Don't shoot the messenger. From reading that shouldn't he be ranked 14th in the Big Ten. All I got out of that was that they think he sucks, so why did they rank him all the way up at 3? All Ohio State fans know Haskins outstanding attributes. Those are why he's ranked as high as 3rd. None of us considered the negatves, that pulled him down to 3rd. According to Pro Football Focus' formula.

again, for the unenlightened, YPA is the only offensive stat that matters Surely you jest!! What if the QB with the best YPA had his receivers get 60% of the yardage after the catch? What if this QB only completes 50% of his passes? What if he has 20 INTs?

Because it would unmask your charade. Braxton in his first year - 138.4 QB rating, completed 54.1% of passes .................second year - 140.5 QB rating, completed 58.3% of passes ....................third year - 158.1 QB rating, completed 63.6% of passes Sure looks like the more Braxton ran the better passer he became. You can never be believed, fake stats, leave out stats, out and out LIE.

Yes we can. Haskins after only 6 games is already being compared to top QBs in the Big Ten with multiple seasons as a starter. what does that have to do with JT Barrett? top QBs in the Big-10 don't get smoked like fine rock coke @ IOWA Nothing with JT, I was saying let's wait to compare him to JT until he loses and like Cardale he is a top QB in the Big Ten. Instead of a running back taking snaps.
