Fairly small number of division changes (35) around the state for the '20-'21 with fluctuations in the competitive balance numbers bringing about the changes. Seven schools from Northwest Ohio in different divisions with Edison and Oak Harbor going from D2 to D3 and Margaretta moving from D3 to D4.
This being an "off" year, unlikely that the NWDAB will make major changes assuming the same schools are hosting district tournaments. Edison and OH will head to the Norwalk district replacing Fostoria (now D2) and Margaretta. For OH, they picked the wrong year to be in D2. With Toledo Central Catholic and Fostoria (probably) now in the D2 Lake district, strong possibility that somebody like Bellevue will be sent to the Madison district. Margaretta will move to the Willard district in D4 where the Polar Bears will be one of the favorites.

Drop Toledo CC and Fostoria into the Lake district like you said and leave the ONU district alone.

Tiffin makes plenty of sense. I'm sure the people at Columbian would prefer that.

edchambers i just got done reading your first post.im a 1974 edison grad im glad to see edison going down from D-2 to D-3.Having being in d-2 put edison in a bad situation being in a division full of gaunlets plus not being talented that really hurts.by being in d-3,i dont know what edison has back, but the chargers will be in a better situation as far as being competative and the travel will be cut down.

D2 district will be at Ashland High School per the NWDAB. Bellevue replaces Edison. Will consist of Bellevue, Clear Fork, Galion, Huron, Lexington, Mansfield Senior, Norwalk, Ontario, Shelby, Upper, and Vermilion.
D2 district at Lake includes Columbian, Clyde, Perkins, Port Clinton, and Sandusky. Fostoria and Toledo Central Catholic replace Bellevue and Oak Harbor at Lake.
D3 district at Norwalk has Edison, Oak Harbor, and Van Buren (?) replacing Eastwood, Fostoria, and Margaretta.
D4 district at Willard has Margaretta replacing Mohawk. D4 district moving from Findlay to Liberty-Benton and includes Calvert, Gibsonburg, Hopewell, New Riegel, Old Fort, and FSJ.
No sectional sites yet. Last I heard, NWDAB was still leaning toward neutral sites.
Not sure if any of this will matter..

I wonder why they chose to make one of the D2 Districts 11 teams and the other 7 teams when Bellevue is closer to Lake than to Ashland.
I also remember when Ashland hosted a sectional and the complaints were made it was not fit to be a host. Now they make a District site?

Oh, doesn't make a lot of sense to post a partial list.

Without checking the data, I figured Bellevue to be roughly 45 miles from either/or.
