Wednesday time for the Prediction of this game. If it is true and the Starting QB is out for the Trucker's then I believe Ontario will win. The backup for Norwalk may be the best thing to happen to Norwalk as he is an amazing athlete as was his brother. I just think that Ontario is starting to figure it out with the One Two punch of #6 And #7 and the Threat of #5 Running as well. Defense is playing very well lately, what makes me nervous is the lack of tackling but that is with all Schools right now. Giving up almost 24 point's a game is a concern as well. So it may sound like I am not sure after typing this well your right.LOL!!
Ontario 34 Norwalk 27

For Ontario to have a chance in this game They MUST eliminate the drive killing penalties on offense. Even though they scored 40 against TC, they had 4 holding penalties and 2 chop block penalties. On defense they have to clean up their pass coverage assignments. Two long pass completions, the bulk of TC's yardage, came when the defender supposed to be covering them was left standing in the middle of the field.

Willard and deathfromabove--- I think this will be a good game, probably a close one. I have trouble seeing the Truckers giving up 4 or 5 touchdowns, or the two teams engaging in a shootout. I'll say NHS by 7.

I do believe you are right about it being a shoot-out Scott so bring a six-shooter. Hell just bring six shooters.

Hawkins' system has started to get thru to these kids at Ontario. Although it seems the Norwalk defense is good they struggle on the other side. I don't see this one being low scoring for the Warriors.

Why? With all due respect to the Warriors, it's not like they came into the game undefeated...

Sorry ScottT, was on the road all weekend and working off my phone which can be tough for an older dude. When I saw these two teams play I felt Ontario had pieces that could be explosive and saw a passion that at times was misguided. I assumed once the new coach had a couple games in they would start to blend and be a competitive team. When I saw Norwalk play I saw a team with limited options on offense, which could have been from play calling. They could not move the ball affectively and if not given extra possessions may not have scored at all in the game I saw. I also saw a solid defense but not a good one. I understand things change from week to week and kids have rivalries that motivate them as well as home and away attitudes, but I really expected Ontario to run all over this one.
