Clyde JV had a player test positive after playing Columbian. Therefore, Columbian's games at Bowling Green and Norwalk are now freshmen and varsity only, beginning at 5:30 PM both nights. Tiffin Columbian has extended this to the games next week at Sandusky and at Willard.

After Norwalk’s debacle vs Huron & Willard a couple weeks back they seem to righted the ship a bit rolling off 4 straight wins to move above .500 (6-5). The competition has a lot to do with it however it appears Gelhaus is finding his groove a bit. Unfortunate the TC tilt was canceled...

Norwalk beat Vermillion for the 2nd time this season last night and this coupled with TC’s loss to Sandtown has Norwalk atop the league. Can Steve work his magic again after a dreadful week a month or so ago losing to Huron and Willard by double digits they seem to have righted the ship...

Norwalk had a 2 point lead and the ball with 20 seconds and lost on a walk off 3 at the buzzer 58-57. Coulda/woulda/shoulda nearly had 2 game lead in the league. Need to regroup for Clyde tonight gonna be tough... however once again what a coaching job to this point in being where they are...

Let me guess; missed front end of 1-1?

Need to regroup for Clyde tonight gonna be tough... however once again what a coaching job to this point in being where they are... Sounds like Upper Sandusky of last March. Let me guess; missed front end of 1-1? Nope, Gelhausen hit both FTs to put the team up 2. Then with 4.5 seconds left TC gets the ball under the hoop on a jump ball. Pass out to Reeves from Beaston who sprinted out to the 3 and got the ball back for a last second shot. Defender was there but not close enough. TC coach said on Swank on Sports that Reeves had the option to take the shot or pass out and chose this and it worked. Pretty good game. Very physical on both ends. Both teams had opportunities but for the most part Norwalk lead the majority of the game. Just couldn't pull far enough away.

Here is what I see from the SBC Stats site www.mrhiggins.net/sbcTiffin 6-1 (12-2) Norwalk 6-1 (9-6) Sandusky 6-3 (8-3) Clyde 2-3 (3-7) Bellevue 1-4 (2-7) Vermilion 1-6 (6-7) Perkins 0-4 (0-7)

Terrible loss by streaks, seigel won the game by himself with no adjustments by Sandusky, coaches 👎

I think right after the game it was reported that Seigel had 34 and another player 14 - so two players accounted for 48 of the 57 points. Congrats to Perkins.
