Bellevue has administered beatdowns at Clear Fork, at Perkins, and at Columbian. Will Bob Bishop Stadium be next?

I did some Region 14 math.
Bellevue has clinched the #1 seed regardless of the outcome of this game.
If Bellevue wins, Clyde would wind up as the approx #7 seed in Region 14. If Clyde wins, then Clyde will wind up being the #2 seed. Bellevue has enough gusto from the rest of their wins where it won't matter. No one in the region can usurp Bellevue no matter the win/loss combos available.
Still a fantastic game of the week, per usual with these two.

Can't control what your division is.. outside the box, Shelby, Clear Fork, PC are all pretty solid... if they're sitting at #1 in the region.. that means they're beating people that won some games...

I'll throw it into the Region 14 discussion.

Bellevue has also played mediocre or downright awful teams and are barely coming away with the victory. I guess it just depends which Bellevue team shows up. What teams? Seriously…? Bellevue beat a mediocre Edison team (record 5-4) by one possession 21-14. That covers the mediocre part. Bellevue also beat a downright awful Norwalk team (1-8), 14-0. A win is a win but those two games were less than impressive. So to answer your question there are the facts.

You could not be more right. However when you play teams that aren’t very good winning by one possession or two is not very impressive no matter who you are

Norwalk competed against Mansfield, Olmsted Falls, and Bishop Hartley; 3 schools that may win their respective Regions. I wouldn't be surprised to see Redmen win easily. They're hot right now.

I expect this to be a one score game with a great finish. I’d have to imagine Clyde is going to load up and try to force Bellevue to throw the ball. I expect them to have some success at doing so.

This could be a Clyde vs Tiffin type of game. Can't wait to see it.

This could be a Clyde vs Tiffin type of game. Can't wait to see it. Unfortunately I’ll be out of town but I don’t see either team breaking 30. Clyde probably has the best rush defense in the league. Bellevue probably has the best rushing attack in the league. I don’t believe Bellevue can throw the ball much, while Clyde’s offense is very balanced. I’m not sure if Bellevue turns the ball over but Clyde has taken care of the ball all year. Bellevue’s schedule and record would indicate they are for real. In Clyde’s two losses, they were up 14-0 in the second half and without their best player. Really should be a hell of a game. Clyde 20 Bellevue 14 (since their scores indicate they must have a PAT kicker for once lol)

Just look at what they did to Perkins and Tiffin for an example. They shut down running games all year. BUT I feel Clyde and Bellevue are more similar in the aspect of toughness on the lines. I felt last year the Fliers were more physical even in the loss. Controlling the line of scrimmage is key come Friday.

But I will say TC had 7 yards rushing in the Clyde game. I do worry about the trenches a bit because Clyde has so many two way players there. However, I expect Clyde to be able to score through the air several times like they have all year. This game could still go either way. Ps. You’re right, controlling the line of scrimmage will be crucial. Bellevue will need a good push for their run attack and Clyde will need to block for 3 seconds to hit any of many targets.

You know no predictions from my buddy I don’t like to make the especially in a rivalry game. I’ll say this, the Redmen better be ready up front on both sides of the ball because Edylc 😉 will be the most physical our kids have seen all year.
GO REDMEN!!

I would assume it's on 92.1
I'm currently out of state, but scorestream tells me Clyde leads 7-6 at half.

About to start second half. Game has been as I expected to a degree. Clyde showing us our most physical game on the lines all year. Redmen killing themselves so far despite a fumble recovery and two picks. Redmen needs to play in space. Get Hager on the outside and one on one in open field via screens or outside runs.
