D5 Region 18 First Round
This is Huron's 21st playoff appearance (18-20) and Edison's 9th (8-8)
Will this be the first time these two have met in the playoffs, much less played in back to back weeks?

Rematch. After Edison's butt whooping on Friday, can Huron repeat that beat down?

this will be the first time Huron has had to play an SBC team in the football playoffs... 2020 Bryan 44-22 Clyde 21-28 Thanks for posting this... I was just wondering about Huron's playoff history yesterday. As far as not facing any SBC team in the playoffs before Edison this Friday, what about Clyde in 2020?

I’ve seen Huron twice and Edison once this year and I can say there is a big difference between the two. Hohler gonna pad the stats in this one.

I wouldn't be shocked if the winner of this has a pretty good chance against Coldwater next week, even on the road.

Coldwater’s running game (and offense) is built around their QB who’s more than likely out until at least the regional title game. Kids got about 1100 yards rushing with next the next guy being under 300 yards. They’ve also got a few other kids injured that makes them mortal.

Huron is only a few plays from being 10-0 and not being in the 5-seed. I could see them beating Edison again and going to Coldwater and forcing the issue to win.

Coldwater is a lot like Alabama. They can sustain injuries with the depth they have and 4 more studs in line to take their place. Those MAC teams have great players waiting their turns and have no problem putting in another star player.

I’m not sure I’d go that far but Coldwater is vulnerable compared to years past.

Edison turning the ball over way too much. Not their ticket to success.
