How does the leading scorer in the bay (Jaqui Hayward) not make first team offense?

How does the leading scorer in the bay (Jaqui Hayward) not make first team offense? Or Willard’s QB not getting anything?

Congrats to all the young men that received All Conference Honors! With that being said, does anyone have any concern with the number of position types that are included for offense? I follow the Lake Divison the closest and most teams use a 4 wide set with one RB. Very rarely do I see a true TE on the field, but yet that positon is recognized when they may most likely play less than half of the offensive snaps. The game has changed so much since over the years but the way we recognize these awards has not. The leading rusher for Perkins, Belleuve, and Clyde was their QB but we still honor 3 1st and 2nd team RBs for a total of 6 kids. But only 2 total QBS get 1st or 2nd team. What wrong with having two 1st and 2 second team QBs? Also, we have the same number of receivers getting honored as we do RBs which baffles me as well. Most teams will have at least 3 receivers on the at any given time with 1 primary RB. I do not have a son in high school but this is my outside perspective. Any thoughts?
