It will be interesting to see if Lucas hires someone from within who will continue to run the double wing offense, or brings in someone else who has his own favorite offensive scheme. The latter would probably mean several staff changes, as well.

It was a great run with Coach Spitler. We cannot thank him enough for building our program into what it is today.
I am very optimistic we will make the right hire moving forward. I have the utmost respect for our AD.
We will continue to run the double wing? I would certainly imagine that formation will remain. Will we run the ball
90% of the offensive plays? I would highly doubt it, but who knows.
