When to Clyde tonight. Clyde didn't look good overall. Clyde defense couldn't stop run all night and not much better on the pass. Clyde did throw better during the one quarter they played at the end, run game wasn't good. Clyde has a lot of work to do to play with Edison. Eastwood has a nice team also, with a very good fullback.

Spoke with people I know from Clyde and Eastwood. Both pretty much said the same thing. Eastwood score 2 touchdowns when teams were going their series of 10 straight plays, Clyde did not score. They played a live quarter then, Clyde score a TD and FG - Eastwood scored one TD.
Clyde passed the ball well as night went on, Eastwood ran the ball well. Clyde friend said he thinks passing game is stronger than the running game this year.

Perkins scrimmaged North Olmstead and Shelby last night. Shelby looks strong. North Olmstead was about even with Perkins. It's hard to tell too much from scrimmages, but the Pirates passed the ball pretty well, and ran the ball well AT TIMES against N.O.......not so much against the Shelby defense.

Pretty sure it was vs Olmsted Falls. Big difference. Strohl is at North Olmsted but Olmsted Falls is coached by Norwalk Alum Tom DeLuca and coming off a regional final appearance.

Sandusky scrimmaged Lorain clearview and looked good. They are loaded with speed and scored at will against clearview. There best receiver Williams did not play because of a ankle issue. Sandusky has a sophomore running back who will be a nightmare for teams over the next 3 years. I think it was 6 td's to 0 overall.

Huron scrimmaged Lake and looked very good and "won" the scrimmage. Don't look now, but the Tigers are going to surprise some people.

lake is just average team, they will not touch eastwood, genoa and rossford in their conference.so its no big deal just a scrimmage, your big concern is getting ready for perkins, that will be your first test.

Smitty- I did not say it was a "big deal" or that Lake was a great team, simply talking about my Tigers. Huron will defeat Perkins. Mark this down.

Jah Leh was arraigned on a public indecency charge for fornicating in public and had to miss the game. Due to displinary reasons, he may have to sit out the next scrimmage as well, but expect Mr. Leh to be ready for action Week 1 against your Pirates.

Here's the real story on your "Jah Leh" character: Undercover investigators have discovered that " dump"s short little brother, " stump", is really this fictional jah leh kid. He must not be confused with "dump"s promiscuous little sister, her name is " hump", and everyone in the Tiger locker room knows how she got her name.

Tiffin Columbian at Columbus Bishop Watterson for their preview game tonight.
Varsity score 1st half: Bishop Watterson 16-3 over TC.
JV 2nd half: Bishop Watterson 16-0 over TC.
I heard TC played without 2 or 3 starting o-linemen who were out from injuries prior to the preview.

Skip Bayless All City * Aug 13, 2017 at 5:50pm Quote likePost Options Perkins looked good for all the fuss that they had not much back. I think they'll have at least a 6 win season maybe 7. mark may, i heard Huron scored 2 times in varsity 4 times in JV and lake didnt see the endzone in either session. Edison smoked CC on Saturday they wasted no time getting into the opp 30 yard line and running some first and tens. Stoll is already in beast mode. Bellevue handled Oak Harbor pretty easy. Port Clinton did decent against Napoleon each team scoring once. SBC off and running Read more: ncoast.proboards.com/thread/961/area-scrimmage-schedules#ixzz4qCQseNPN

Skip not sure if C.C is that bad or what? Edison did not show much against St. Paul.

Skip not sure if C.C is that bad or what? Edison did not show much against St. Paul. This was my take on Edison/CC on the N10 thread. I was actually there. CC is struggling to replace 4 O-linemen. "Edison scrimmaged Colonel Crawford on Saturday. It was Edison 5 scores to 3 for CC in the ten play portion. It was 1-1 in the down and distance portion. Edison broke a couple of long runs for TD. CC threw 3 long passes for TD. Edison was a little better than CC in controlling the line of scrimmage in the run game, however, CC was able to give their QB time to throw."

Anyone know how the Bellevue @ Port Clinton preview went last night? Bellevue-21 Port Clinton-14 Ray busted a long TD run with a minute or so left after PC drove the field in under a minute to tie it up. PC drove down again but just ran out of time at the end. These two were pretty evenly matched. JV was all PC. Bellevue has some huge size at WR on JV but they couldn't accomplish anything on offense. Freshman was all Bellevue. Bellevues size and depth simply wore out PC.

Thanks.
.....wait a minute...
Bellevue scored 21 points? A number that is not divisible by 6 or 2? Is this a typo, or at some point in time did the ball actually travel between the goalposts after being struck by a Bellevue players foot?
