The Kevin Wilson bowl.
Historically Indiana has given OSU their monies worth and more pretty reguarly. OSU will win this game but Indiana will make them work for it for awhile.

Yeah, but typically the OSU fans are well represented at Indiana. On TV many times it looks like a home game.

For whatever reason, I think Indiana made a huge mistake of tossing a coach that had the program set in the right direction. No one can argue with their offensive production. Wilson was in the process of addressing the teams defensive shortcomings, when he got the boot.
Having Kevin Wilson on our sidelines will prove to be a major disadvantage for the Hoosiers and invaluable for the Buckeyes.
A huge talent advantage is enjoyed by the Buckeyes, but as we've learned in years past, we can be our own worst enemy. Keeping mistakes to a minimum, this should be a convincing, opening win for the Buckeyes.

Just heard an injury report of an Ohio State defensive player, possibly a safety, suffering a serious elbow injury. Didn't catch the name.

This OSU team is stacked. So stacked that Nick Bosa is coming off the bench. If Dwayne Haskins starts every game then this team breezes to 13-0 and into the playoffs, then we will see who they face If Tate Martell starts every game then this team breezes to 13-0 and into the playoffs, then we will see who they face But there is 1 lone individual on this team that could keep this team from breezing to 13-0 and into the playoff, his name is JT Barrett. He has 67% of Urban Meyer's losses at OSU. He has gotten worse every year at OSU. He has been arrested in the middle of the season for drinking and driving. When his supporters cite his good games they have to go all the way back to his freshman year because he was so bad as a sophomore and a junior. JT Barrett can't blame the O-Coordinator anymore, it's all on him.

Success this year will be a TEAM effort, not depending on any single player. You can if he plays horribly and doesn't throw the ball with accuracy more than 5 yards downfield on a regular basis. True test will be after game 2. Then its literally an OSU cake walk until the end of the season.

Also is a LIAR. JT had good enough games to beat U of M twice after his Freshman season. A good enough game to beat ND in the Fiesta Bowl after his freshman year. A good enough game to beat 5 Top 25 Big Ten teams after his Freshman year. A good enough game to beat Oklahoma last year. According to your LIE, of JT not having any good games after his freshman year, Urban would have TEN MORE losses. BTW has there been a coach in this era who has won EVERY game in his first 6 years at a school? Has there even been a QB that has won 56 games in a 4 year college career?? That's your doltish stance. Give us a link or the quote where JT blames the O-Coordinator. If not, you have been proven to be a LIAR once again. I think you're confused AGAIN. It was Zeke who blamed Urban for the MSU loss, NOT the O-coordinator, not JT. As those who are not knowledgeable would.

The problem is Willard we never should have been playing ND in the Fiesta Bowl to begin with, and ND was a product of their schedule not a great team. Look at all of those quality wins that you managed to muster up for him. Any B1G Championship games among them? Any playoff victories among them? I can't believe you even have the gall to bring up his Mich fiasco from a year ago that we somehow managed to escape with a victory from thanks to our defense.

What LAIR Rambo said was that JT didn't have any "good" games after his freshman year. Surely you're not suggesting that beating ND in the Fiesta Bowl wasn't a "good" game, good win, big game. As is typical, you're not following. Zeke wasn't on the team last year DUH!! If YOU were knowledgeable you would know it was 2 years ago when Zeke was a Senior. And if you have a memory you would know it is THE TRUTH I speak. Zeke DID publicly blame Urban for the loss, NOT the O-Coordinator, NOT JT. Are you another one of those kind who thinks Urban should be 71-0 and JT should win 54 games in his career. EVERY GAME??? LULZ! PLEASE tell us why Urban, Wilson and Day are 100% certain JT should be the starting QB. No way are you in the same category as Dunce McClain, but if you don't have a logical answer, its bad. As I said before, JT is not my "boy", you are. If the coaches decide that JT should not be the starter, I'm OK with that. I do not pretend to know more than they do.

It would be great to win by 50, but a 1 point win is all that's required.

First, wtf does Zeke have to do with any of this? No Willard, beating ND was neither a "good win" nor a "big game. The "big game" was the loss against Mich St. Since you're the one that claims to have watched every snap JT has ever taken at OSU multiple times, please tell me what he accomplished in the "big games" that any other qb on the roster couldn't have. Cardale stepped right in and ran the offense better than he did. Well actually you claim that the offense was buttoned up under Cardale. So he essentially took part of the playbook and executed it better in the "big games" than JT could execute the entire playbook against VT. Obviously, the offense is more effective when the qb can stretch the field with his arm. Even you have to admit that. That O line who you like to scapegoat for last season sure would have benefited from the opponents not being able to load the box because they didn't respect the deep ball. Instead of listing the "good games" he has had since his freshman year, try listing the games that we have won because of him since his freshman year. Or the games that we couldn't have won without him. I'll wait patiently, because I know that you are going to need to get creative to make this doo doo up.

Too many of you are still caught in this Cardale time warp fantasy. Cardale is not on this roster, checked the roster several times, nope.....no Cardale Jones.
The unfare and outrageous attacks on J.T. Barrett are unwarranted. Stop the hatred and become a Buckeye fan and supporter once again, instead of an outspoken critic and whiner. It all can start with tonights game at Indiana.
GO BUCKS!!!!

Or the games that we couldn't have won without him. I'll wait patiently, because I know that you are going to need to get creative to make this doo doo up. PAY ATTENTION. Dumbo McClain said JT has blamed the O-coordinator for losses. You know that's a LIE. To make a point of who HAS set blame for losses. The MSU loss, when Zeke was a Senior. He did not blame the O-coordinator. Did not blame JT, that many who are not knowledgeable did. Zeke publicly blamed Urban Meyer for the loss. A FACT, do the research. Yes, galion the Fiesta Bowl game win against ND WAS a "big" win. The Fiesta Bowl is one of only 6 BCS Bowl games. ALL college coaches in the country will tell you that a BCS Bowl win is absolutely a "big" win. You ARE NOT knowledgeable when you say. "Cardale stepped right in and ran "the offense" better than he did." Cardale DID NOT run "the offense". Cardale was not allow to run 75% of the offense. Cardale could not run the read option run plays. Cardale could not run the read option pass plays. Cardale could not throw roll out passes. Cardale could not run 90% of the QB run plays. In three games the only true QB run play Cardale ran successfully was the QB draw. Cardale was only ALLOWED to throw passes to receivers at the side lines or LONG passes only to Devin Smith. If those were intercepted they'd be like a punt. The coaching staff was scared to death of him throwing INTs, if he threw the other down field passes. Once he threw a pass over the middle on 3rd down. He was scared to death when he came off the field, apologizing knowing he'd get chewed out for breaking one of the many rules set for him "running the offense". THE TRUTH, read Urban's book. Cardale did a good job with the small part of the offense he was allowed to run. MORE truth from Urban's book. When he said there was no way OSU could have beaten Alabama and Oregon without Zeke running for 476 yards and scoring 6 TDs In those games Cardale completed 60.5% of his passes for 2 TDs with 2 INTs. And THE best WR at tracking a pass and high pointing a catch that he's ever seen, Devin Smith. Who caught every big pass thrown to him. AND without both the defense and offensive line maturing over the season to the high point they were playing at the last 2 games of the season. As I've said over and over, not ONE player can get the credit or blame in football, when the TEAM has 22 starters, special teams, 100 players on the TEAM and a TEAM of dozens of coaches and staff support people. What Urban obvious knows and says, is that a successful run game sets up the pass plays in his offense. If the opponent is made to respect the run game they must commit a certain number of LBs and a Safety to stopping the run. Leaving fewer to cover receivers on pass plays. READ HIS BOOK. The goal of any offense is not to have 3rd and 8+, but to have 3rd and 2, putting the pressure on the defense to defend the entire field. Again your memory does not serve you well. In the VT game JT was a Red Shirt Freshman who had not played in a game for 2 years, due to blowing out his knee early in his Senior year in high school. Cardale was a Red Shirt Junior, who was Braxton's back up. JT was QB on the scout team. Sorry, but I am not so doltish to blame 1 player when a football TEAM has 22 starters, special teams, 100 players on a roster and dozens of coaches and support staff. That IS NOT logical. Nor will I be so doltish to give ONE player on a TEAM of 100 the sole credit for a win. The same goes for Cardale. For him to be the QB on the TEAM that beat Alabama and Oregon his O-line had to play well, Zeke had to play GREAT, Devon Smith had to play GREAT. The defense had to play well. Cardale had to stick to the game plan given to him and play within himself.

So in other words you can't find one example. Thank you. Didn't Zeke play in the VT game too? You can't read. There is no "example". As I said, it is not logical to say ONE player alone is 100% responsible for a win or loss when there are 22 starters on a TEAM, special teams on a TEAM, 100 players on a TEAM, dozens of coaches and support staff on a TEAM. You won't see a good coach blame ONE player for a loss. Only the not knowledgeable would do such a thing.

So in other words you can't find one example. Thank you. Didn't Zeke play in the VT game too? Yep he had all of 32 yards, JT had 60. Not over 230 like he had against Alabama AND against Oregon. Blame the coaches, they had a completely new O-line and VT played a defensive front they had never played before. A defense the coaches had not prepared their 100% new O-line for. That O-line improved so much, Zeke got a total of 475 against Bama and Oregon and scored a total of 6 TDs.
