It was clean block. Norwalk got the look they wanted...haraway go to the rim...shelby kid made a very nice defensive play.

Cavs definitely didn't just sit by and watch. IT/Frye/1st round pick to LA for Clarkson/Nance. Then moved Shump/Rose/Crowder and got Hood/Hill back in a 3 team deal with Utah and Sacramento. Also sent DWade back to Miami for a 2nd round pick. Wonder how Lebron feels about a few of his boys getting dealt? This team can win the East, but I have no clue what it means in terms of the future (do these guys have large contracts...expiring contracts...etc).

to clarify, his character comment was in regards to tate and kbd. I just thought it was a classy move by Holtmann to acknowledge Matta.

OSU really had no business winning that game (best shooter suspended, bigs in foul trouble all night, on the road, etc), but they refused to give up and just kept fighting. And Holtmann is a class act. If you saw his postgame interview, he gave kudos to Matta for recruiting character kids.

He was told after the season that he would be non-renewed.

Cornerstone was at State 2 years ago when Bothwell was a sophomore. And their schedule is unbelievable (losses to St. Eds and Cleveland CC and Solon...and victories over Garfield Hts and St. Ignatius). I haven't seen St. Pete's play, but I would imagine it would be an uphill battle.

I think it's time to thank Lebron for the title he brought us and to say goodbye to him...again. The drama and soap opera atmosphere is driven by Lebron, who isn't willing to commit to anything for next year. Save the draft picks and let's prepare to go into rebuild mode.

I respect your response, but I'm just gonna let it go. Norwalk made their decision to non-renew and they're going through the process of hiring a new guy (plus we're talking football on the basketball forum). I hope the new coach can step in and do a good job.

I'd just assume let the subject go away and focus on getting a new coach hired, but I'll just toss out a few losses vs Willard as exhibit 1.

Just to clarify: the Board member in question is Steve Linder, he's been ticked off for years and has tried to get Gray run a few times (not to be confused with John Lendrum).
