Galion beat up on Bucyrus and then Pleasant beat up on Bucyrus. Both were "shutouts". Bucyrus is (almost always), by no means whatsoever, any kind of barometer as to how teams stack up against one another based up a common opponent. I must admit that the game last night really was, at least to me, a shocker. It was really like men and boys. Nice win, Pleasant.

Weeell I was totally wrong in this one...except I said we would score more than 14 points. haha! I didn't see the game, so I don't know what the heck happened to my Galion team. I heard they scored right off the bat on a "pick and catch" with Ivy and his fast receiver..probably one of those dump passes again...80 yard touchdown. Sooo we will see how the season pans out now. Very disappointed though.

Is Pleasant that good or did Galion just lay an egg?

Is Pleasant that good or did Galion just lay an egg? Pleasant is very good and Galion didn't want to win this game, evidently (IMHO); Pleasant simply wanted it more........and it REALLY showed. It was 45-7 at the half, and it could have been worse. There were not that many penalties. It was a "clean" game. Galion could not stop Pleasant and Pleasant (at least in the first half) stopped Galion (with one long pass play for a TD being the exception). I could have stuck around for the second half, but I figured the game was no longer in doubt........45-7. Ouch.

Galion will struggle to win a moac game. If any. If I were you I'd be a bit more concerned that Harding barely beat a team that couldn't beat Highland. highland beat a usually good Danville team easily, beat rv convincingly and will beat galion. Not worried lol

Pleasant is very good, they came out smacked us in the mouth and we didn't respond. The game plan for Galion wasn't very good either. Galions coaching staff needs to learn to make changes and come up with some in-game adjustments.

Not sure how good pleasant is yet but I can that was bad showing by Galion. There O-line had issues with Pleasant's D-line and could never touch the 2nd level. I am guessing it will be a long season for Galion faithful.
GT vegas wants to collect on that 21 point prediction by halftime.

I was impressed by the way Pleasant just moved the ball right down the field. The quarterback #10 has really nice size, enough speed to run if he needs to, and can sling it down the field. Their running backs had speed going once they hit their holes. Very impressed with them. I thought they would be a team to beat and as of right now I have them and Clear Fork at the top of the league. And yes Galion is still down and will struggle to win another game unfortunately imo.

I predicted the score I said "they will never hold us to 7..maybe 21 points..not 7"..Oh Man! I do need to go to Vegas I predicted our final score. Damn! That's good. LOL

^^^^ The final score of 21 for Galion was made possible by their ones scoring on Pleasant's JVs and then their twos scoring with 1:18 to play in the game. 21, yeah, but so what?

The Vegas bookies don't care how I come up with my "shocking" correct number on the final score. My prediction was NOT based on when, how or who they scored against...only what the final score would be. You can come to me for anymore scores on future games. My cut is only 20% of your winnings.

I know it's early but if Galion finishes 3-7 would that put Coach Dick's job in jeopardy. I'm not suggesting it should, it's just a question because I really don't know. I don't know enough about him but some of you are closer to the program so you have a better idea. Just curious because he would be 5-15 in 2 years.
