Think Tribe would be wise to resign Bruce and see what the market says for Brantley before resigning him. I would really like to ink Santana too but it will be tough. The owners shelled out big bucks this year, in part because they thought they might recoup part of it in ticket sales, merchandise etc. from a world series. Now that that is out the door, think ownership will be more cautious this year in spending patterns....that's also why if funds are limited. I'd prefer to keep Santana and Bruce and let someone else worry about Brantley's health.
