BV D is pretty good. Davies scored 3 different ways last week so he can beat you in a number of ways. If Pleasants D is suspect then expect Verdes, SP? To have a huge game with quick passes to him. Kid can fly. Davies is the work horse though. Expect 30+ carries and so KO returns

If BV can throw the ball effectively this game could get out of hand early. Pleasants pass defense is very suspect. But you cannot count out the Spartans at home. Pleasant is well coached and the kids respond. I plan on spending a half at the Harding game and a half at Pleasant. Taking BV 38-21. BV’s run game will not allow a comeback this week. Half time 17 to 15 Buckeye Valley Final 42 to 17 Pleasant |

Was a 10 point game with 5:27 to go much closer than the score indicated.

After the way BV started, I wasn't feeling good about the game until that interception made it 35 to 17.

The BV coaches were responsible for the final touchdown. QB had just taken a massive hit and didn't really know where he was, very wobbly on his feet. Had him throw the ball on the next play....pick six. It was already pretty much over at that point but the kid could barely make it off the field without help.

I wondered the same. With so little time left in the game, the result pretty much settled, why even send the kid back on the field?

Galion, my point was that BV got smacked in the mouth and did not respond. I was very disappointed in the way our kids played. Absolutely their worst game of the year across the board. Their character will be tested this coming week.
