Hayes 24-7. LIke I said earlier BV will struggle to score. BV has No speed anywhere. I saw more speed out of the freshman last night than I saw with varsity tonight. Hayes will struggle vs anybody halfway decent. Thought BVs D played pretty well.

BV has no gamebreakers and very little speed. They will struggle this year.

Same thing has come with harding. they do have speed and game changers still. but not as many as previous years. looks to be offense is to pound the ball with booker and open up passing game and play action. liked it against MV. first year varsity player (senior) devon mallory played well against MV. i believe Harding will go as their defense goes, probably best CB in moac in dejuan smith. 2 picks week 1 and locked guys up all last year. Belibe they will do way less screens this year because they don’t have the personel for, which i’m fine with. JA will be interesting, i wonder if they’re really down or marysville is just really good this year.

JA will be bad soon. Their JH was bad and numbers are way down.

Clear fork and bellvue should be a good game, should see how galion is in their game. pleasant will probably win 56-0 and rv will probably have its last “chance” of the year to win a game. not sure who they play next week

Pleasant has quite a few weapons, and they will get Ladd week 6 i believe. that is going to be a dangerous team.

dumb rule imo, but good for him. I just didn’t see his name any from week 1 so figured he wasn’t.

I don't see him contributing much considering who is ahead of him. Blughbaugh (SP?) is a Jr and was all state last year. Wolfe is a nice back as well. So baring an injury I don't see him showing up on the stat line.

he showed a good burst last year, i think he could do well. maybe their 3rd back. bluebaugh is really good, and wolfe as you mentioned.

Pleasant will have to start throwing the ball a little bit.
If not...teams will just put 9 guys in the box and shut the run down

dumb rule imo, but good for him. I just didn’t see his name any from week 1 so figured he wasn’t. Not "dumb" in it's original context. It was first written just for families who paid tuition to send their kids to a private school. Then had financial difficulties and could no longer afford the tuition, so they had to take them out of the private school and send them to a public school. Not the kids fault, so they were allowed the one time transfer only to the public school district the family lived in and if an athlete could play right away. Not the student athlete's fault for the financial issue. THEN public schools said they were being discriminated against and the Bylaw should also allow a one time transfer from the public school transferred to, back to the public school district the family lives in. That is the "dumb" part. UNLESS bullying or physical abuse is happening at the school transferred to.

He wasn't asked to throw last year. Lets be honest its not like pleasants passing game is creative. 90% of the time its single receiver routes. He threw a few times in the 1st game had some completions but wasn't asked to do much. In the play off game last year he had to throw and looked ok.

Sometimes I think Pleasant views a slant or look-in over the center as forbidden ground for a pass.

The Warner kid can throw it. Put 9 in the box. Pleasant will still run it with success.

9 in the box will stop about any team if all heads are to the football. pleasant always has some nice run designs however.

JA is going to win this one 28-14, hardings first loss on the turf, Ja don’t have weapons of usual but very disciplined and they don’t mess up. Defense fly’s to the ball as well. harding stagnant offense didn’t work. Marysville looks to be a force if they rolled over JA like that however.

Madison has lost 19 straight games. Joeeitel.com shows they went 0-10 last year, LOSING by an average of 34.7 points per game. They have been outscored this year 90-15.

Thoughts after two weeks: Clear Fork, Pleasant and North Union are the best three teams. Galion and Marion are the next two. Ontario next. BV and RV battling for last place. Barons could go winless.

going to travel to watch clear fork and alder friday, that will tell a lot about CF and possibly change my position on league favorite between them and pleasant. Harding should get back in win column against newark, Galion will go 3-0. should be decent week for moac.
