Sorry guys, I spent all day yesterday trying to decide between 1 of 3. Much easier when you’re selecting 2 of 3

Nice pick! I was deciding between him and soroka I wanted Soroka. Was planning on doing Heliot, <SITHs pick>, Soroka. After I got lewis at 4 i was hoping soroka, Baez or hiura would be available. Baez has higher k upside but soroka is more well rounded plus 2 years younger. Trades always welcome!

Sithbucknut77’s Annual NOSF Dynasty League Predictions 2018 Edition
Welcome back to the 5th year dynasty league season. We will start with key highlights (or low lights in many cases) for each team listed in random order so no one feels liked they got kicked in the balls too early. I will follow that up with predicted records and playoff matchups. All SITH predictions are calculated after thousands of simulations based off team rosters directly after the completion of both drafts. Current predictions to take into account the general lack of managerial skills exhibited by most owners and the occasional dead prospects. Now for your reading pleasure this year’s NOSF dynasty league projections, where all projections are 100% correct 50% of the time…wait that’s not right. After last year I’m closer to 75% right 100% of the time. Sorry in advance to a few of you….not really!
REDS – REDS had a pretty pedestrian draft in most respects. However with the current roster makeup there weren’t too many holes to really fill. He has the makings of a sick offense when Acuna gets called up. Depth at SP may necessitate dealing out of that offense streak to compete down the stretch. Time will tell if REDS can make a move this year after underachieving last year’s predictions.
STRO – STRO should be competitive this season. Although I don’t know how well if he has to rely on the entire Pirate outfield, the bastion of offense. The pitching staff looks competent enough to remain close all the way to the end.
DRT – What happened? One minute this was one of the strongest teams and the next it looks like a TL23 clone. The team got old, slow and injured on offense. Only saving grace is a solid front end of the rotation starters that will keep him somewhat competitive many weeks. The minor roster is an asset on the offensive side that is still a few years away.
TIG – After making a run to last year’s playoffs, TIG is poised to take a step back this year. Lack of pitching will be a key component to this slide. However TIG does have a good supply a premium category(speed) if he chooses to makes to deals.
TL23 – Well…the offense should be better this year. Umm… TL23 has a couple of moveable assets. Anything else?... Maybe a lot of 2 for 1 deals will help?
CEO – So I’m sure I can speak for the rest of the league and say *uck CEO. How many dead players will it take? My entire analysis is CEO blows donkey hot dogs. Yep…not very original but legitimate analysis hasn’t work so if can’t hurt going the other direction.
SITH – Could be relying on too many young SP this year. Not enough speed nor any impact type prospects could spell doom past this year.
BROW – Holy remade roster Batman! As note by our loser commissioner, BROW went from one of the oldest rosters to the youngest at last year’s trade deadline. The pitching is still behind in the rebuild but has the tools to remake that side too.
BELL – The surprise playoff team from last year could be primed for another run at postseason. Like last year’s squad, no real strength or weakness is apparent. Is this the year Trout fishing is open season?
TESL – The recent MadBum injury certainly puts a damper on the upcoming season. Even without the injury competing for the postseason was going to be difficult. The real value for TESL is on the farm with a slew us big league ready prospects. That’s where a real roster makeover can come from.
And now the presentation of the predicted standings and postseason participants!

TESL 89-146-5 BROW 108-123-9
DRT 57-180-3 TL23 25-215-0
