The N10 begins play in 2018 with all teams having their non conference schedule the first three weeks. Colonel Crawford picks up an MOAC school (at least for now) and another KMAC school. Who does everyone else have?

Interesting that, when I first joined the site back in ‘04 (I think) Ohio schools had a game under their belts before California teams opened their season. Now California has moved everything up and allows 11 weeks to play 10 games. Week 0 started on the 17th and most teams had contests last weekend to allow for a bye week along the line. Smoke from The Mendocino Complex Fire threatened a lot of kick-offs but it seems that everyone got their games in.

Well it looks like Wynford is going undefeated again.

Wynford was the most fortunate of two teams with a lot of new starters.

Yes the fumble in the endzone was fortuitous but even had Wynford lost the game they were still going 9-1.

Well, we will see, but I will say that if Wynford has less than a convincing win over Edison this week, they will not be undefeated.

Edison would destroy anybody else in the N10. It's actually pretty ballsy of Wynford to take that game. I didn't realize they had Edison on the schedule. They actually still could end up at 9-1.

Crawford scrimmaged Edison. Went toe to toe with them and tied them 1-1 score wise. I know It was just a scrimmage but you can tell if a team has a talent advantage, and Edison didn't. That's why I said what I did about Wynford and Edison. There might be a couple of teams in the N10 with more talent than Wynford or Crawford. I think it's going to be an interesting season in the N10.

You guys say that every year and every year Wynford ends up unbeaten in the conference after literally taking everybody's best shot. If Edison actually game planned for CC they would handle them easily. Huron beat Norwalk in a scrimmage too. Ask Mansfield Sr how that worked out.

It doesn't take a game plan to see who blocks, tackles, runs, etc. Neither had a clear advantage. We say that every year because the law of averages says we will be right sooner or later.

I will take Crawford over Wynford this year. The bottom of the N-10 is terrible again. Running clocks all year.
