I did pretty well I think on my 1st 4. Castellanos has turned the corner I think. Urias brought me a pretty good return if I can make the postseason and make some noise.
Completley forgot took Martinez...if I counted right I have 6 guys total from that initial draft on my active roster!

Just a friendly reminder, as the season wears down, let's try to keep our lineups active. It may not matter to your team, but it certainly might matter to others fighting for playoff spots.

Doing my best - seems that none of my players play anymore - getting up to 7 notifications a day so and so isnt playing. I made all these trades for guys who seem to suddenly not be active anymore oh and I cant do Poop with Puig.

Looking like my 2016 BELL curse will be fulfilled as it appears he'll sweep the season series against me.
I've lost 5 of the last 6 matchups. Not a good look with the playoffs right around the corner.

yes, he shifted himself into a loss when Hoffman gave up a bunch of tricklers last night, i was watching because i like Jeff Hoffman, and i just signed him to my minors roster

It's kind of interesting if you go back and take a look at last year's final standings and compare last year's year-end stats to those of this year, especially the PER categories, and you can extrapolate a little bit from those comparisons to glean some insight into the current transformation of MLB itself.
For instance, i led the league in ERA last year with a final season average of 3.200...
...this year i am leading the league again in ERA with a couple weeks to go, but my league-leading ERA sits at .3516. That's nearly a third of a run per game difference.
Last year redsfan led the league with a .2776 batting average. This year I just took over the league lead from South with a .2865 average. Almost a full tenth of a percent higher. And South was batting .290+ for most of the year with a slumping Stanton.
South leads the league this year in OPS at .8623, while last year Lastros dominated the league with a .8101 OPS.
I've been hearing a lot about how HRs are up and some have said the ball is wound tighter now, which i sure don't know, but i do know our league's stats are definitely reflecting the rise in offense in MLB this year.

Trying to roster a team has been fun the last month. After all the trades I have made...no one now plays. Puig is done and I had 8 notifications for guys in my LU who are not playing. Good times!
