Homecoming this Friday night for Pleasant. I have noticed in high school football that the home team usually starts a little slow because of all of the pregame festivities. If that is the case Friday night, Pleasant could be in for a real battle.

Gallon back on top of Harding 17-14. Back and forth affair between the two teams both 0-2 in the MOAC.
Clear Fork takes a knee inside the R Valley 25 to stop from scoring again in first half. Classy move by CF coaches. CF 41-0 at the half.
Ontario takes a 10-3 lead into the half vs B Valley.
Pleasant vs Clear Fork in week 9 should be a great game.

Pleasant takes control following failed 4th down attempt by NU on their own 25 yard line. Pleasant 35-13. Week 9 is going to be a packed house at the Colt Corral!

NU will win out and hope for another chance vs the Spartans in the playoffs.
Pleasant will be a playoff shoo-in. Game 9 vs Clear Fork decides MOAC title.

Heard that North Union's game with Clear Fork was much the same as last night. Came to the 4th quarter close and then imploded. I think that had they stuck with their game plan last night the score would have been closer. In the 4th Pleasant got more pressure on the QB and he seemed a bit unnerved by it. Don't look past Harding, as you never know which team will show up for them. Galion on the road should be the only game to challenge you the rest pf the way. Good luck through the play-offs.
