Ranks right there with Columbus Academy at Worthington Kilbourne in 2003 and last year Pemberville Eastwood at Lima Senior as one of the three worst games I have seen Pleasant play in over 20 plus years.

I left at half. I was thirsty and I could have called Pleasants plays from my seats. BV knew what was coming and loaded the box with all but 1CB and the Safty. Looked like Michigans offense. Great win for BV, even without an offense. Force a TO on opening KO, block a punt, and get an int all in 1st half inside the 35 of PL and only get 6. Game ball to the D and the kicker. Congrats to CF on being the best team in MOAC

Two other games come to mind. 2011 against West Jeff and 2014 against Liberty Benton. Looked like both teams quit. Heard rumblings that that the b-ball players were ready basketball. With that said, I think the 2007 team stands out along with the 2001 & 2002 teams. I'd rank the 2007 team ahead of the 2002 team and just behind the 2001 team.

^^^^ Forgot about West Jeff. Liberty Benton was bad also. Even having moved up to D4 in 2007, I have always felt that had Van Meter made that FG just before halftime the outcome may have been different. Pleasant may not have won, but up against several D1 players, Pleasant acquitted themselves quite well. That trip to Canton as well as 2001 and 2002 were great ways to end a season. One all the way, one runner-up and the other final 4.
