Taylor Gerhardt has stepped down for family reasons.

That's too bad. I thought he did a good job. Lex has never been a "football" school per say. Taylor was able to coach on of the best athletes to come out of this area. And went to the playoffs twice.

This team was mostly underclassmen when I saw them play in Tiffin.

Not a shock. Best player he may ever coach, graduating. But he said it was for family reasons. they have a boatload of players coming back, starting with Berry and Green. Lex should be a playoff team again next year. |

I have seen you question it multiple times. Let's hope it's not family health issues or holding the family together. |
