Foster is done, Grey has about 2 maybe 3 years I think he will still coah. Next year Starters will have to do all the heavy lifting , bench will be week, This is from what I know and hear. Staters Chapin, Obringer(both will need to be leaders and need to score alot) Lacy -will need to shoot more, Sowders and Geilhousen will be your guards, Bench Ian Minor will need to improve, Jad ogalsby , mostly a defender not much of an offenceive threat, Andrew Mozina, scrappy , poor mans Eric hall from a few years back. some of the bench from this years team that will be seniors probaly wont play . so there is your starters and 678 of which is about as deep as Grey goes typicly, other bench that wont play Koby Kromer and Haden mauer(could still be jv since hes a jr). Soph who may push to play Varsity and will at least start JV and sit Varsity Bench, Drew Shoup, Daniel Trysik and Kyler Kromer(really the only true point gursd in the program and the better of the Kromer Brothers.) If the starters dont score Norwalk will be introuble. I see Norwalk Pushing for the SBC , but will proabably finish 3rd or ty for 2nd behind Sandusky and Clyde.
Also Norwalk football is projected to be real good and if they hit there goals and go as far or farther then last year . That means, Chapin, sowders, will miss early season practice as we lass Mozina and shoup and trysik,

The loss of Foster will hurt. Can anyone provide Gray's record as a head coach without Foster?

i would not bet that foss is done. Is someone making bets that Foster is done or are we going off the fact that there was a retirement celebration for him this year?

I thought that celebration was to acknowledge his 50th year of coaching. I have no clue if Coach Foster will return or not, but I know there's been a retirement rumor for what seems like the last 3 or 4 years, and he ends up returning. For the sake of the program and the boys that play, I hope he returns.

Initially, when I heard there was going to be a celebration, it was because it was his last year, but night of, it was for his 50 years of service. Like anyone else, I would love for him to return.

They were clearly better than them this season Clyde had no overly talented underclass men and a good JV team. They were a senior laden team I don’t see it. As for Sandusky we’ll see all I know is neither game vs Norwalk was competitive this season and Norwalk has a clear coaching advantage so time will tell. At this point I agree the first part of the season could be rough but the king until knocked off the hill for me...

The "king" will be at Ashland next year so the hill top is wide open.

I think Portwalk is simply saying we're the king until proven otherwise. Any dispute?

View Poll Results: Who wins Division Two? Norwalk 5 5.43% Thur Marsh 31 33.70% Watterson 20 21.74% Akron SVSM 36 39.13% Voters: 92. You may not vote on this poll In hindsight, BW was disrespected in that poll; defending Champs with 4 returning starters.... Inner issues?
