On to week 5 we go already and the 4-0 Galion Tigers head to Marion Harding to take on the 2-2 Presidents. Galion defeated River Valley 38-6 last week while Harding shocked Pleasant 38-35. Galion won last year 31-28 and the schools are tied at 2 wins apiece since Harding began playing MOAC football in 2015. Thoughts on this one.....

If I recall correctly, these two played each other in the 80s when Galion was in the NOL and Harding the Buckeye Conference.
As for this one, I'll take Tigers by 10. 34-24 sounds good.

Yes these two played ooc from 1986-1996 and also played off and on over the years before that. Marion was part of the NCOL which preceded the NOL for awhile so there is history there as well.

its nice to see Galion winning games and playing well. However, I think Marion Harding sneaks by in this one. Galion has a tough stretch coming up, they will need this win for post season points.

Drew Pasteur has Galion winning this one close and then losing the next 2. Up to this point Galion has schedule has not provided a great picture of their ability. The next 3 weeks will do that.

They'll get more from Harding than they'll get from Ontario.

This is where Harding loses it, good start but they can’t hang with the line of Galion.

28-13 Galion. Surprised it was still close. Wink is a nice backup QB and future starter. But they need Blevins out there for Dual Threat

Galion can't be stopped, I don't think any team can beat Galion.

Galion Offense is real good and defense is much improved. Shelby or Galion win the MOAC.

Galion Offense is real good and defense is much improved. Shelby or Galion win the MOAC. Like I said in the RV vs Galion post, Galion might be the best team in the MOAC, Region 14 and perhaps DIV. No defense can stop a team that is averaging over 40 points a game

Galion Offense is real good and defense is much improved. Shelby or Galion win the MOAC. The offense is definitely good and the defense has improved from last few years. Quite shocked by River Valley upsetting Clear Fork. Should be an exciting last 5 weeks of the season.
