Les Expos about to burn down the house. I remember the 1986 World Series starting the same way. Scenarios eerily similar.

The home team is 0-5 in this series, though I get the feeling that won't continue on Tuesday

Verlander has never won a world series start in his career.

Much like a lot of you, I was hoping to see the Nationals win as a big FU to Harper. However, after watching some of the antics of Soto in the box this series, I now hope they both lose.
I wish Grienke would've plunked him with that high inside heat.

tame compared to the stupid a55 5hit Bregman does on the reg i admit i am biased tho woot A I did love Soto running to first with his bat after Bregman did it last night. Sometimes I forget they are 21,25 yr olds. I can only imagine the stupid Poop I would’ve done at 21 if I was in the MLB

Quite crazy to see a WS where the home team goes 0-7
We are now down to 6 MLB teams that have not won a WS, and the NL East is now the 2nd Division where all 5 teams have won a WS (joining the AL Central, which achieved that status the moment MIL was traded for DET)

Former Indians Yan Gomes and Asdrubal Cabrera win the Series with Michael Brantley losing again.
