Pleasant leads the all time series 38-19. They have played every year since 1962, and this game is a big county rivalry game. Pleasant has won four of the last seven, including the last three.

Just a little more on this rivalry. The all-time series was virtually even until the early 90's. River Valley beat Pleasant in 1994 and then proceeded to not win again until 2012. A 17 game win streak by the Spartans really took some of the starch out of the rivalry but Doug Green has helped RV get their program turned around and I expect a hard fought game this week.
