Norwalk won 45-21 last year. Bellevue leads the all time series 73-44-4.
Norwalk is going for their first 3 game winning streak against Bellevue since 1948-1950.
This will be Norwalk's first game on the new turf at Whitney Field.

I was wondering the last time Norwalk has defeated Bellevue 3x successively. I figured late 70s the latest, but I guess not.
Just on history alone, and anemic offense, Truckers underdogs in this one.

Redmen need to put together a better showing than what they did last week on offense. We’ve always had a solid running game but I didn’t see it last week. Holes just was not there and couldn’t connect on the long ball in the passing game. I’m sure the Truckers will be excited about playing at home on that new turf.

I'm lost for words.
At any rate, congratulations to Bellevue! No 3-game losing streak in this Series since 48-50.

I'm lost for words. At any rate, congratulations to Bellevue! No 3-game losing streak in this Series since 48-50. To be honest man the Redmen have to get better play up front on both sides of the ball. Some good size at DE but ALL bull rush and no pass rushing moves to get off a block to create pressure. Nasonti said we have the depth to go 8 deep (i think he was referring to OL) but run blocking still has much to improve. Sustain blocks and don’t give up on a play so quickly once runner hits or passes LOS. Didn’t appear good for Nottke who was helped off after his season ended early going into a he Clyde game last year due to injury. Tiffin and Clyde seem to be the leaders at this point but a lot can change. Was just thinking tonight how in 2001 we started 2-2 and had some Injuries one which saw Chad Cramer take over the TB roll and was outstanding.

if the Truckers can't find some answers on that offensive line, it could be 0-7. They may have to think outside the box to find a solution. if they stay status quo it could get real ugly. Has to be kids standing on the sidelines on offense that are better options. Bellevue was getting pressure with 3 and 4 man rushes all night long, plus you can forget about a running game behind that line. I wouldnt even attempt to run the ball.Plus may have to put #6 in their backfield to create some type of a spark. #24 showed some signs he can be a tailback, but still has alot of work to do.

Fox underachieving IMO. Rode a wave of immense talent in 2018 and 2019. Nice run. Last year ended with disappointing with loss to one dimensional Sandusky in playoffs then seeing the honeymoon start to fade in year three with third year QB that’s not improved much. Lack of development from what I’ve seen.

Ahhh....the old "Has to be better kids standing on the sidelines". That's just a pronouncement that you have one of the worst coaching staffs in the state at evaluating talent.

Must be nice to be a coach in the stands. I am a parent and I know the coaches and kids put in the work. So don’t bash anybody unless you coach or play as I know you never even played any sport by your stupid comments.

What?? Neophyte...I'm not the one doing the "bashing". Just pointing out the "bashing" that robinhood was doing to the Norwalk coaching staff when he said they weren't playing the best players.
An FYI, a 4 year letter winner and 2 way starter for 3 years in football. Also lettered in wrestling, baseball and track. AND a volunteer football coach. You wish....

I would like to hear about the Norwalk offense. It has one touchdown in eight quarters and 13 total points.

Holy smokes! Wasn't meant as a bashing, just a thought that there hopefully some personnel changes that could help up front. #65 only played sparingly big kid, #32, middle linebacker didn't play offense i don't believe, maybe not 250lbs. But he looks tough. #6 i thought could be a threat every time he touches the ball. Just my observation, but definitely don't mean to bash anyone. I assume there is reason for them not making those moves in just not aware of them would be interesting to hear why
