Now this is totally hypothetical but if the coaches votes based on the Harbin point system this is how the match ups will be for each MOAC team, I am basing this on the x amount of team bracket also. Now I could be wrong.
DII Region #7 #21 Marion Harding at #12 Uniontown Lake winner plays #5 Wooster.
DIII Region #10 #10 Norwalk at #7 River Valley
DIV Region 14 #17 Clyde at #16 Galion winner plays #1 Shelby
#21 Clear Fork at #12 Rossford winner plays #5 Van Wert
#6 Ontario will host the winner of the #22 Upper Sandusky/#11 Port Clinton winner
DV Region #18 #17 Marion Pleasant at #16 Bellefontie Benjamin Logan winner plays #1 T. Ostego
Now I could be wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if this is how the votes will go we will all see come October 1.

You WILL be surprised. Too many SBC and western Ohio teams ranked below unknown Ontario for coaches not to move Ontario down and their teams up.
For instance... 4-1 Firelands, storied program Kenton, 5-0 Wausean, 4-1 Napolean and SBC teams Port Clinton, 4-1 Edison and State Champion Clyde.

More than usual, it seemed this system incentivized coaches to act "irrationally" in the pursuit of their own best interest based on home field implications and gaming the bracket. Definitely a minority behaving this way, but still present.

Definitely a minority behaving this way, but still present. It just shows a lack of integrity on the part of the coaches who involve themselves in that kind of BS. The Lucas coaches voted JFK #1.

During the first round of the playoffs, Galion (currently 2-3) is scheduled to play Rocky River Lutheran West (also currently 2-3) in Galion on October 10th. Has anybody heard any word as to the Galion suspensions and/or as to "when" they will expire ?
Before you post it: "No", I don't know much more about the suspensions other than the fact that there were a few suspensions that have negatively affected the Tigers record thus far this year.

They are back this week, Not that it changes my pick, but at least there is a possibility there won't be a running clock for the entire second half.

I can see Lucas v Galion being pretty tight, especially if Galion has all their guys back. My Cubs struggle against the pass, and I like the Galion QB, Frankhouse. He could have a big game. Plus, Shelby's size up front was a little too much for Lucas, and I hear Galion is pretty big on their line as well. We shall see here in a few short hours. GO CUBS.

Definitely a minority behaving this way, but still present. As I predicted "could" happen, well it did. It didn't even bother some coaches that their votes would be made public. With 7 SBC schools in Region 14, ALL SBC teams were moved up by their coaches. One team 6 places. I surmise the SBC coaches would be in favor of banning the Harbin Points system.

Unlike certain MOAC coaches.

Any system is going to have leakage. Would you rather leave it up to the coaches to create that leakage "maliciously" or settle with the colder hand of law that the Harbins provide. I go with Harbins, it is less controversial than human judgement and it's one of the coolest systems in the country.

No HS football playoff system that I've ever seen had more clarity and definitive fairness than Rhode Island's D1 playoffs. Only five schools in D1 out there. Don't come in last, and you're in!
Just an interesting side-note. In a normal year, the RI regular season lasts through Thanksgiving weekend (because playoffs are about 2-3 weeks). The games on Thanksgiving weekend are known across the state as Rivalry Week, essentially. Even though football is low on the totem pole out there, most could tell you who their town's rivalry week opponent was.
Of course, Shelby's home stadium probably would rank as the 2nd or 3rd biggest in the state. Supply and demand.
