Reports are that the NLL is about to announce new two-tier league with the invites going out this week. The two tiers would look like this...
Tier one...Toledo Whitmer, Findlay, Perrysburg, Anthony Wayne, Sylvania Northview, Holland Springfield Tier two...Sylvania Southview, Maumee, Bowling Green, Oregon Clay, Napoleon, Fremont Ross
Guess we'll see how this all plays out.

Ross used to beat the brakes off of Northview and Springfield routinely scrimmaged SJCC when I was growing up. And now tier 1 over Ross
Excuse me while I gag.

NLL will be adding three teams per a story just posted by Steve Junga at the Blade. Deadline for applications was today. NLL has set a tentative date of April 9 for their decision per their commissioner.
Oregon City Schools has scheduled a special board meeting for April 8.

Well...that means Fremont, Clay and Findlay are going to the NLL.
Gives the NLL 10 teams, and pushes Napoleon and BG out as soon as they can find a landing place. Replacing Maumee (D3) with Findlay (D1), Ross (D2) and Clay (D2) just expedites it.
TRAC will be in an interesting situation...

Can’t imagine Napoleon is on board with this it's going to be assumed Naptown and BG are on way out, regardless.

So they only have being independent as an option? given history of competing in Conferences far from home anyways, it may not be a huge deal for them.

Talked to a coach in Lima. They are trying to get into the WBL. It's that or independent at this point.

I don't see the WBL wanting Lima in.
