I attended a clinic where Cliff Hite was among the speakers and he addressed the Ryan Hite at QB and Ben at TE issue by saying that he felt obligated to do it because he was sleeping with the kid's mom.

Attended the Lima Senior/SJJ game. Lima had 121 total yards, SJJ 91. Lots of TFL's and the center for SJJ had 5-6 dribble snaps. Lima Senior was punishing defensively, absolutely pummeled the St. John's offensive line. Gallagher, the leading St. John's receiver, went down early with an ankle and never returned. Lima was in a three-man front and in the second quarter SJJ had a decent drive running the inside zone with #21 (Koonce) that resulted in their only score, then missed the extra point. After that Lima walked a LB up into the "A" gap and that took away the zone play which SJJ seldom even tried for the rest of the game. Lichtenberg took a couple of big shots in the first half, the first resulting his being helped off the field. He took another just before the half, he laid on the field briefly but got up and left the field on his own power. He didn't return. The backup QB is not the answer although he, like Lichtenberg, was running for his life the whole time he was in.
Lima played Man-free in the secondary the whole time. The majority of blitzes were the linebacker "A" gap walk-up or occasional edge pressure. The SJJ receivers were covered like the dew covers Dixie by the athletic Lima kids. Lima can beat some people but they struggle with an offensive rhythm to the point where they likely can't compete with TCC and Fremont. I don't know enough about Whitmer to hazard a guess but they can beat Findlay.
