Bellevue at Clear Fork should be the best game of that group but it looks like Bellevue is starting to put it all together and make a good run this year.

A few thoughts on the River Valley at Galion game. They have 1 common opponent whom they both defeated. Upper Sandusky. RV defeated them 33-22 in week 1. Galion defeated them last Friday 31-0.
RV leads the all time series 4-3 as they have played every year since 2014. RV won last year 20-19. In fact the home team has won all 7 meetings.

Shelby beats Ontario by 40+.
Bellevue beats Clear Fork by 14.

As any self-respecting true Galion fan will attest; Galion has alway s had a healthy respect for Shelby, including varsity football. Bossman is trippin', for sure. |

Galion 42 River Valley 25
Galion only attempted 3 or 4 passes all night. 17 had over 300 yards rushing. Galion’s plan was to run it down RV’s throat and it worked to perfection. RV got the opening kickoff and proceeded to score on 2 long passes. Galion’s best defense was being able to run the ball and keep it out of the hands of RV’s playmakers. Galion played their best game of the season but will have to pass more to win more games. A lot of respect for RV. They are a solid team. And a side note. The home team has now won all 8 meetings.
