Harding sounds like Galion's game..."would of..could of..should of". Harding is just over-rated. Let's be honest with ourselves here. People are using excuses for this team.....last week.."well if it wasn't for the penalties...if it wasn't for the rain..." Now this week "If it wasn't for the turnovers...." Hmmmmmmm!
Don't be so sure about them easily beating Pleasant either. I bet that's going to be a game.

I had my doubts of the beating alder. But single digit game without the turnovers. Drove on them easily most of the game. I was just pulling for the upset. Said in beginning I think Harding is 2nd best in moac. That they are and it'll show. It'll be a game with pleasant. They return same team as last year with few gone. That Harding beat by 20+. I believe Harding wins by 14 or so. But gt focus on galion putting up some points lol.

Alder was simply the better team tonight. Similar to last year, turnovers were the difference. Alder took advantage. The offensive line play for Alder was exceptional. Over 350 yds on the ground. I thought coming in they needed to pass more but that wasn't the case. They spread Harding out and gashed them in the middle of the field. I thought the size and strength of Alder started to wear them down in the second half.
This was definitely a game that Alder needed to play and see the athletes and the speed that they will eventually face in the playoffs. After seeing BV & Pleasant, not sure if Harding is the second best team in the MOAC, they have the potential to be. Time will tell the next couple of weeks.
Alder needs to focus on getting better on offense and defense. There is still areas that can be improved on both sides. Thought the offense took a good step forward tonight with our line play. The passing game still needs to improve. Defensively, wouldn't mind seeing our corners allowed to play a little more aggressively on the outside.

Great account of the game Harding had 3 straight turnovers all coating them scores and how much did we lose by? Your line dominated us for sure the only weakness I saw from Alder is their pass defense and passing game. Pugh is the real deal though although he sometimes gets a little cocky. Alder has a great team just needs to focus on the pass defense

And you talk about excuses we hear that every week about your son... before you worry about Harding you should worry about yourself...

You may want to re-watch the tape and see how many plays he was in. He's not going to play both sides of the ball in college. Overrated, you couldn't stop him, he accounted for 4 of the 6 tds. Your boys got worked, the dline was DOMINATED! Your guys quit during each goal line series. Please! Just like your team, a lot of yammering but no substance when it counted.

JA gonna score on anyone but hhs line had no push, JA o line is great. But JA defense isn't good I didn't see anything impressing, take over the turnovers on good drives and Harding has atleast 35 if not more. They drove every time basically besides a couple punts.

Yeah once around goal line he got it. Not sure if he had a big touchdown, they catch him if he got loose.

Keep in mind the opposite happened on the first drive, Pugh broke a 30+ and Dye #27 ran it in. I'm not sure if we are padding stats, I've watched every game, and they have been running the wildcat in there goal line package. Why would you not give him the ball when nobody can stop it?

I would do the same. Hardings defensive captain and best tackler and one of moac leaders didn't play. I learned that yesterday. So that hurt big time. He woulda made some stops. But Harding still would have lost so nothing drastic would have changed.
