I don't have that big of list for bigtime-D1 and Pro sports- but I have been to a few different places, and my list is like many of yours. However, for my dime, the coolest place ever was the Pontiac Silverdome, when I was 17 years old to watch the Detroit Lions play the Vikings in a 45-7 rout, at my first ever NFL game. Our seats were at the 50 yard line, in the 3rd row and you could actually talk to the players from our seats....we were that close. December 12, 1981 was snowy outside with swirling ten degree winds, but when we walked into the building, we were greeted with a nice blast of 70 degree air and had to remove our coats to just walk around. The place was massive and for a small town Upper guy, it was very impressive. I also remember how high the inside roof was and how the smoke just hung in the air inside the bowl. Sad to say, the Silverdome is no more... there are a few pics below of it in it's glory and at the end...
Silverdome then...
Silverdome at the end...
It got worse...
How it looks today as an Amazon Fulfillment Center... Damn Bezos!!

I don't have a ton, but I like my list so far.
MLB Progressive Fenway Park PNC Park
NFL First Energy Gillette Stadium
NHL TD Garden Nationwide Arena PPG Paints Arena
NBA Quicken Loans
NCAA Basketball The Dunkin Donuts Center Cintas Center Hinkle Fieldhouse Schottenstein Center
NCAA Hockey Schneider Arena (Providence College) Matthews Arena (Northeastern) Yost Hockey Arena (Michigan) Keybank Center (Buffalo Sabres, but it was for the college championship game, so I'll put it here)
Some thoughts. Fenway Park is awesome the first few times you go, but it's very hard to overlook the quality that newer places like PNC and Progressive have. Big concourses and aisles so it doesn't take an hour to leave the stadium, and much less horrific parking situations. Don't even get me started on the price of beer per ounce. Cleveland is the second cheapest and Boston is the most expensive.
Hinkle Fieldhouse is by far my favorite place I think. It's highly unique on the inside and reminds me of a high school gym, all the way down to the concessions. The fans are amazing too. A mom casually brought her two kids under the age of 5 to the game and sat next to me. It's a big devotion these folks have. After the game (where unranked Providence beat #14 Butler), fans were thanking me for traveling to see the game. They were tickled that someone came so far to check out their home.

Back about 10 years ago when my oldest was playing AAU we were in Indy and we went to Hinkle. Somewhere I have a video of him dunking there. Not during a game mind you but during a volleyball camp that our whole team interrupted. We were escorted out right after that. Ha.But it was a very cool venue.

Hinkle is very deceiving on TV. If you go out of bounds on the baseline near the student section and started walking about 20ft, you'd wind up outside. But I can't say I ever dunked it on the court either, that's a good story right there.

If we're talking about elite sport venues, the Spire Institute in Geneva, OH is one of the most impressive I've seen in terms of sheer magnitude. I dated a girl who is from Geneva and her dad got me in there to show me around. They were hosting the B10 indoor track championships, the Big East swimming championships, and a massive volleyball camp all in the same day. It did not feel crowded at all. That site could have held a football camp that day and still had plenty of room for parking.
