Has it been confirmed Smith and Fleming are playing or are they still pending?

If smith and Fleming are healthy let em play. They know more than we do, but I hope it’s not one of those “is it too early” even though they’re healthy kind of things.

I wouldn't want to rush it, but these games are on the schedule for a reason and I hate to think their first good action this year will come when we actually need them to do well.

Very impressive performance by the Buckeyes. Despite many players held out of the game for minor injuries and precautionary measures, backups stepped up and performed.
Dallen Hayden's future is bright at RB. The kid has all the traits to be a great one at Ohio State. TC Caffey even showed the depth chart at RB is quality all the way down. Caffey made the highlight film of the year, with an amazing TD run vs. Toledo, where he broke a half dozen tackles to get into the endzone. Although a walk-on, he comes out of highschool as a 1st team All-Ohio RB, who amassed 4,659 yds. and 57 touchdowns for Hubbard.
It was encouraging to see the Buckeyes utilizing the TE's in pass routes and we saw a 3 TE set a few times during the course of the game. Cade Stover is going to be one of the all-time best at his position before all's said and done.
Let's not forget, this Toledo team is the preseason pick to win the MAC and probably another 10 win season is in store for them. I came away, very impressed with their QB Dequan Finn. The kid is a very athletic and poised signal caller. He throws a great ball and a very dangerous and elusive runner. Finn finished with 10/17 for 153 yards passing, which doesn't seem like much, but he averaged 10 yards YPC for 70 yds., when he made the choice to run. He ended the game with a QBR similar to that of C.J. Stroud, with a rating of 97.9 He is going to be a good one for the Rockets.

Toledos QB was just what the Buckeyes needed. Great win.
Any word on Henderson’s injury?

I've stopped worrying about Henderson, he's way to fragile to count on

I think Williams and Hayden are a very good 1-2 punch. Williams is your big physical back and Hayden is that quick shifty back that comes in and eats a tired defense alive.

Henderson has played in all 16 games since arriving at OSU and started in 14 of them. He goes to the locker room before halftime in a blowout game and you already have him replaced. haha

The first time he tweaks an ankle, you hear "injury prone', or "not durable".....lol One thing we know for sure, sports fans can be so fickle.

Ryan Day revealed C.J. has been working to improve on his scrambling ability. It was good to see him run on a couple keepers, with a resolve to get meaningful yardage and sticking it in there for extra yardage, instead of taking the sissie slide.
