Two totally different situations. Don't really think its the coach's fault. Why do you think the last 2 left? Talent pools go in cycles sometimes.

There were so many obvious signs of a faltering athletic program at NL for quite some time before it actually happened. In my opinion, from just a sports program aspect, the superintendent and school board deserve at least half of the fault for the decisions they've made and their resistance to taking steps to making them better. NL has lost good coaches during the current superintendent's tenure, and the reasons weren't to move on to bigger and better things.

4 of New London’s 8 games they’ve scored 30 or less. Like someone else said you can’t even blame the kids in any of this. It’s obvious the people who make decisions are making very poor choices and not in the best interest of the kids. If I were parents of kids in that school system at the lower levels I’d be looking for other schools to enroll for better opportunity. This is just embarrassing and feel the worst for the kids.

I just don’t see an urgency out of their administration to get this right.
