Spring Training is a little over a week away. First season for the Guardians without manager Tito Francona since 2012. Stephen Vogt will be the manager for the Guardians it is his first year as a manager in the MLB he retired as a player from the MLB in 2022.
Vegas has the Guardians win total set at 78.5

I think the reality is about a .500 season. They will go as far as Bibee, Allen, and Williams can take them. Bieber will get traded if he stays healthy and who knows what to expect from McKenzie. Gotta figure out how to get some offensive production from the outfield.

Currently they are a fun team to watch. I don't expect too much from them, maybe .500 at best, but if you like watching old fashion baseball they are entertaining. Smart base running and decent D will get you a few wins maybe you wouldn't have gotten. Not much power hitting so they better take advantage of small ball and as of now they have been pretty successful. I' seen more 5-7 win April's than I've seen 12-15 win April's so that's nice.

It's a long season I know but 17-6 is pretty cool to see. A fast start is fun. Hopefully, they can keep it up.

If Steven Kwan keeps it up, he may have a real case for AL MVP.

If Cleveland plays .500 ball the rest of the season starting today (Sunday), they'll finish with 92 wins. Is that enough to win the division?

If Steven Kwan keeps it up, he may have a real case for AL MVP. Judge and Soto will have to really cancel each other for Kwan to have a shot

Guards get win number 50 and are the best team in the American League as of now best record, not necessarily best team. Taking 2 of 3 from Seattle and now 1st 2 at Baltimore does speak volumes, though

Guards are 30- 30 in last 70 games. Me thinks this is the real guards team and normal

Actually, correction, when applying the tiebreaker against Detroit...the Guardians have already today clinched at minimum a post season beth.

I have complained bitterly for the entire season about the YMCA-type everybody plays philosophy used by Stephen Vogt but can't argue with success. Congrats to the Guards and Vogt and I pray they magically find some offense in the playoffs!

Congrats to the Guards and Vogt and I pray they magically find some offense in the playoffs! The only three players who deserve to play every day are Ramirez, Kwan and Josh Naylor

It's been assumed Vogt would win AL Manager all year.
Did AJ Hinch steal it away?
