Perkins should cruise right to the state semi’s in R14 with Glenville gone.

Perkins is the biggest D4 team, and Sandusky is the smallest D2, each by 1 student.

Perkins should cruise right to the state semi’s in R14 with Glenville gone. honestly, if they stay healthy, I think they win it all this year. Glenville lost a lot of offense in Jones. Have heard a few of their kids transferred out too. It's now or never for the Pirates to get football state title number 2 for their school. I think they are the favorites in D4 IMO.

Region 14 does look like it's a bit light this year. A quick glance leads me to believe the following teams seem like they could advance to the 2nd round of playoffs:
Bay Bellevue Clyde Clearview Galion? Ontario Perkins Shelby Van Wert?
Shelby is somewhat hard to call at the moment. How much does losing an all time WR balance with devito at QB being another year older? I still think Shelby could be a top team in the region. Too many questions at the moment to say how close we stack up against Perkins.

Region 14 is weaker this year, but in terms of competitiveness to win it all, Perkins is a real favorite IMO to play for a state title in D4. Shelby, VW, and Ontario return some players including QB's which is nice. But looking at last years scores, defense was not solid and would really have to improve for them to hang with the Perkins Offense in this region. Not sure what all Bellevue brings back Clyde should be improved if they stay healthy and will always be a threat to upset anyone. Galion lost a lot, not sure they will make much real noise. Bay, is on that soft side of cleveland school for this division Clearview, will win a bunch of games in LCL and then get beat early in the playoffs.

Translated, that is at minimum 15 kids. Interesting.

Perkins and Clyde should be able to roll most of these schools with ease.

Perkins vs Clyde regional championship game would be epic I’d bet a whole lot of money Clyde doesn’t make it that far. There’s a chance but I see Shelby, Van wert, and Ontario as better teams.
