Not sure exactly but I heard Arcadia offered more money, 10 years as the head coach and his best record was 5-5 he was probably on the hot seat. Derek's best coaching day's was when he was coaching Hopewell, he did fair with Fremont, Keith and others will probably say otherwise lol but he's nothing like his dad

Arcadia currently 0-5. Outscored 45-167.
And the teams they have played only have a combined 10-15. Not exactly playing world beaters.

Derek's best coaching day's was when he was coaching Hopewell, he did fair with Fremont, Keith and others will probably say otherwise lol but he's nothing like his dad Derek did a good job bringing Ross back from the depths after the Chuck Lindsey years. The last few years of his tenure are what did him in. Too much off-field drama. |
