The OCC is heading into its second season as a 7 team football league. Just curious how the schools are dealing with the league bye weeks created by having an odd number of teams. What the NOL did over its final 4 seasons was lock the schedule in place instead of rotating it, that way each school would always have the same open week each year, making it easier to find a multi-year opponent. Will the OCC do the same?
Here's who each OCC school played during their league bye week last year:
Week 4: Mansfield Senior @ Delaware Hayes Week 5: Lexington vs. Mount Vernon (now a league game, will have to find a new opponent) Week 6: West Holmes @ Barberton Week 7: Ashland vs. Mount Vernon (now a league game, will have to find a new opponent) Week 8: Madison vs. Canal Fulton Northwest Week 9: Clear Fork @ Mount Vernon (CF no longer in league, does MV take this spot for their bye?) Week 10: Wooster @ Thomas Worthington

With the advent of the "new" SBC I'm sure there are plenty of Toledo schools available to schedule with the dissolution of the NOL.

With the advent of the "new" SBC I'm sure there are plenty of Toledo schools available to schedule with the dissolution of the NOL. If you're referring to the TCL, it has 6 teams, so the entire league has non-league games in weeks 4 and 5 and then they play their league schedule in weeks 6-10. So only the 2 OCC schools that have byes in weeks 4 and 5 would have that as an option. And actually, the switch from the NOL to the new SBC increases the possibility of TCL-SBC matchups (for any SBC teams that fail to get a suitable crossover game in weeks 4 or 5, the TCL is another option, such as Bellevue playing Start in week 5 next year)

Ashland Schedule with Uniontown in Week 1 Madison on Schedule to play St Charles Prep in week 7 Lexington is Scheduled to play Thomas Worthington Week 10 So this shows that 2017 has a different lineup for the league byes than last year. Do you happen to know has the league bye each week and who they found to fill it? (the other 5 I mean, you have already provided Madison and Lex)

The openings were caused by Clear Fork leaving the league a year early. I do not know when each teams open week was but have been told they have been filled for all 7 schools.
