How did we decide to handle draft picks for people that have less than 15 keepers when the active draft starts? what is the commish's input? |

Short answer: probably the same way as last year If you have less than 25 when the Active Draft is over, you gotta wait until after Mjnors draft and after waivers to fill the rest of your roster. |

If i trade a keeper and go into the active draft with 14 players, do I get an extra pick in the active draft

We've done the 24 hours to make a pick, but it's generally gone much faster, so unless you're unavailable for 24 straight hrs, you should be alright.
Owners that have paid should be considering roster moves on opening day for the two teams that are currently unpaid!
