I have 26 on my active roster right now, and the one not on my ESPN roster is Jim Johnson, RP, ATL
My minors are currently at 16. When I make my mandatory call up of Devon Travis my minors will be back at 15, and I'll then have to drop 2 from my active roster to get that to 25. Will I be able to make those moves (adding Travis and Johnson, dropping 2) myself in that window between between Thursday and noon on Sunday, or will I have to submit them to you, South?

I have 13 minor players. I would like to use my minors demotion asap, because after I do my active roster will be legal and I will have 14/15 minor leaguers.

Unless someone else sees a problem, I don't see why you can't use your minors demotion now BELL, still sorting through some things your question brought up in my head. |

I think some slight modifications are needed to avoid some potential trip ups. I also forgot there are games on Sunday, and it appears they are games that count for our first matchup, so the last day needs moved up a day.
Minors Waivers Requests will now be due by Thursday at 12pmET/9amPT. I will process them when I get to work.
So, Active Waivers should process early Thurs Morning, I will manually process Minors Thurs at 9am as well as change the waivers back to 1 day.
This allows us to unlock the rosters for FA pickups on Friday, when theoretically, the ESPN waivers will open back up.
Then on Saturday, everyone must be below your Max roster size.
This gives a little more flexibility to everyone and, some room if ESPN doesn't act like we anticipate.
Schedule:
Early Thurs Morning-1st Active Waiver Process
Thurs Morn around 9 am-Minors Waiver Process
Friday Morning-2nd Active Waiver Process
Rosters unlocked.
Saturday Noon-Rosters must be under Max
Sunday-Season starts
