Thought I would give a Tigers thread another shot. I know there aren't too many on here but maybe a few.
1st thought is RIP Mr. Illitch. Quite possibly one of the best owners for a fan base ever.

heard rumors over the winter that the Red Sox were kicking the tires on Miggy...be interesting to see what happens if the Tigers fall out of the race early and are ready to deal, they still have a decent farm system to make a deal

It's worth a try; I wouldn't mind adding a few things from time to time. Last year was a Jekyll-and-Hyde performance. Maybe we can get all Jekyll and no Hyde this season.

It has happened before. I think when Thome was with the chisox he hit a few bombs that are still up there. Pretty sure Jim confirmed he knew what was coming. Friday vs the twins had nothing to do with tipping. His stuff was electric, you could tell he was struggling with arm slot/release. Too many walks, I can't remember even one hard hit ball.

douche.... if you could read you would see the topic has been to sell. Only now do you see the team publicly mentioning the possibility. Possible trades will start to heat up. Jwill & Avila should be easy to move. Big question will be if the tigers can move a big contract or 2 namely JV, as much as I hate that. The time had come to strip it down a la Houston.
Go back to your worthless opinions on the Indians thread about a sport you know nothing about.
