Lockwood just did a little oopsie on Twitter. He posted a commitment video to Alabama when it was supposed to be just a tweet about getting offered by them. So he’s obviously gone.

If their hearts not in it and they aren't totally in love with the campus, the academics, the football team and it's coaches....we don't want them as well.

And Lockwood is officially out. In his commitment post to Alabama he wrote that he takes commitment and loyalty seriously. That’s interesting.

There are a lot of kids from the south who are "loyal" only until they get a serious offer from Alabama or Georgia.

I still can't believe we are in year 4 of Ryan Day and he only has 1 win vs Michigan. How long before Buckeye Nation wakes up and realizes how pathetic that is? Talk about how pathetic Dumbo McClain is Under Ryan Day 23-4, 2nd best record in FBS 45.1 PPG, 1st in FBS Ave. Yds/play 7.4, 1st in FBS

It's year 4 of the Ryan Day fiasco and he only has 1 win vs Michigan, and that was with 100% Urban Meyer recruits. Even John Cooper got a win with his own recruits, Ryan Day is O-fer vs Michigan with his own recruits and it's year 4. That's sad.

If half the country doesn't agree with your opinion and there is no way to argue against it, they automatically call you are racist. When the other half of the country disagrees with an opinion they just say, "We can agree to disagree".

So what is his record vs UM? 1-1, but let’s be honest had TTUN not used Covid as a reason he would be 2-1. How about these Ohio State has the 2nd best record in FBS since Ryan took over Ohio State has the highest scoring average in FBS since Ryan Day took over. Ohio State averages more yards per play than than any other school in FBS since Ryan Day took over Ohio State has only lost one Big Ten game since Ryan Day has taken over. No one else is close to that.

After a whirl of commitments for Alabama, they moved up quite quickly up the recruiting rankings and eventually took over the top spot as expected. Ohio State on the other hand, dropped from it's top spot to 4th. Things changed again at this recent point, with ND acquiring a couple more 4* commits and the Buckeyes getting the nod from a 4* LB. Consequently ND has taken over the top spot, dropping Alabama to 2nd and the Buckeyes move up to the 3rd slot. Bottom line is, ND now has 23 commits and nearing their limit. while Bama and the Bucks are at 19 and poised to make a move. After a disappointing period of misses on recruits we were confident of acquiring, the Buckeyes have an opportunity to finish the recruiting season on a high note.

I have no concern for the rankings of the recruiting class because it will all depend on what they do once they are being coached in college.

It's being said that Ohio State's difficulty signing top notch defensive recruits is due to their defenses poor showing the last several years and the unknown factor of what Knowles will accomplish at Ohio State. Today's teenagers are known for their "show me today" musings.

Today's teenagers are known for their "show me today" musings. personally I don’t blame them. If you’re a defensive player it makes much more sense to go to Bama or Georgia right now. It’s been 3 seasons since Ohio St had an elite defense. The last 3 years have been ridiculous. Knowles has a chance to change that narrative. The silver lining is they lost their top targets early, so they still have a chance to get solid guys in and make kids want to sign in the ‘24 class

Rambo, how many days since OSU defeated UM? You strike me having this information It's been 989 days since Ohio State last beat Michigan. In 11 more days we will hit 1,000 days since the last time Ohio State beat Michigan in a football game. Urban Meyer's not the coach anymore, Jim Tressel is not the coach anymore. Now we have Ryan "What a fiasco his tenure has been" Day. 1 win with 100% Urban Meyer recruits and we have Ohio State "fans" acting like Ryan Day is the next Nick Saban. Sorry to burst everyone's bubble but Ryan Day is the next John Cooper. It's year 4 of his reign of failure and he only has 1 win vs Michigan. Rules for Ohio State coaches #1 - Beat Michigan every year That's the only rule, and Ryan Day only has 1 win and it's year #4. 989 days since the last time Day beat Michigan. Sad.

2nd consecutive post to add this little tiddy
I bet we'll have that guy that told us JT "noodle arm" Barrett was the best QB on the roster when Joe "Heisman" Burrow was on the same roster. That guys name is Willard "needs his brain" FilledMore. That guy will tell us how Day is the greatest coach ever. I bet that guy thinks Larry Coker was the reason why Miami won a National Championship in 2001. People with brains know that the early Coker run was from Butch Davis players. Ryan Day's solo win vs Michigan came from 100% Urban Meyer recruits. Even John Cooper beat Michigan with his own recruits.

Jim Tressel did great with John Cooper players. Urban did terrific with Tressel players. Thus the analogy of what Day has done with Urban players is nonsensical. Other than Urban, did any other Ohio State head coach who coached more than a couple of years beat U of M every year? How many times did the legendary Woody lose to U of M?? The silence will be deafening,

His BBF Urban Meyer said that based on his decision on who should play. Dumbo knows better than Urbs?. Only in his small mind.
