I can see the advantage of having 5&6th. grade football and not having it. The trick is having coaches who are willing to teach the right way with fundamentals of the game and do it properly like they do at Norwalk Jr. Truckers and St. Paul's Jr. Flyers. You can not have them that are only concern on their sons and making sure they are only the best. They must be concern about the whole team now and for the future and see that the next coach takes them to next phase of the game. They also must know the game it self and the ways of the game. I have seen kids being coach the wrong way and concretely the kid either quits or the high school team is far behind on the ones that to teach it properly that they will never have a winning season. If that is what's happening they shouldn't have started a 5th. or 6th. grade team.

Thank you Smitty for your hard work this year. Next year may I suggest that you stay in this area for pick-ems ( like from Toledo to Cleveland ) and don't go down to the Cincinnati, Columbus area since most of us don't know what is going on in those areas. But again thank's for doing this and keeping the records straight.

From what I have heard is that Buckeye Central has only lost one player back from last year. I think that is a very good thing to have when you are in the hunt for a championship.

DUMMY, You have know knowledge of who I am. First off I am my 60's and I am retired. Second, I am a college graduate so there for I have a lot more knowledge than you. Third. My two sons have graduated from high school and the oldest is a senior at college, my youngest is working and will be going to police academy. Fourth, I lettered in football for four years, wrestling two years, and baseball. Fifth, after high school I join the ARMY and was in the 82nd. AIRBORNE in Vietnam so my little high school punk I have BIGGER BALLS than you will ever have. Sixth, I am not a racist for a lot of my BROTHERS have died in Vietnam and would have given my life for them and I'm talking about African-Americans, Mexican-American, Native-American, Latin-American and others. So BOY don't call me a RACIST you little baster. Now get the hell off this site and go play with your toys.

Dumb (oops I meant dump) the paper said they won't be starting production till late 2017 that's along way from the start of football season till the end and when that company be ready to start growing their products. And your parents never told you to mind your elders and if they didn't they should have told you to mind your betters. Now take your toys and go home cause your mommy is still calling you.

Listen Dump or Dumb, I do know what I'm talking about as I told you my oldest son graduated with his sister in 2010 at St. Paul's. she was in marching band and my son was on the State Championship team of 2009. both of them played in concert band and jazz band. Joe as he was called graduated from Norwalk Sr. in 2014 a year after my youngest son did at Norwalk. If you want to argue with me come and see both of my sons yearbooks and I will show how wrong you are. I have prove let's see what you have besides a big mouth and little brains.

St. Paul's lost to JFK 48-13. That's the biggest loss in Livengood's history of play-off games I believe.

I think that dump has got to be trolling here. He sure doesn't know what the he** he is talking about. For one thing Paul and Mary Hinckley had only four children and Joe/Joseph is the youngest. He had one brother and two sisters older than him. I know this cause one of his sisters (Clarice) graduated with my oldest son at St. Paul's in 2010. So please dump get your facts straight before you come on here. And to let you know that Paul is not George Forman who name all his sons George.

Thanks jedbartlet98, I had fun doing this and considering I'm not from the area I think that I did well. Now if we will have a basketball pick'em I'll be in even though I still don't know any one there but I still like to have fun and some Tennessee Tea with it.

I'm in and if your looking for saurak, I don't think he'll show up because after running his mouth off on how his Bishop Hartley team was going to rough shod over every body and having them just get by Ottawa-Glandorf by 3 pts. he might not want to show his face.

lyletint3, unless there is another Joe Hinckley he is no longer in high school. The one I know transfer from St. Paul to Norwalk Sr. in 2012 or 2013 and Graduated in 2014 and I believed that his father never was a coach. Like I said there might be another Hinckley but if I'm right you must have been given a wrong name. I also checked St. Paul's roster and they don't show anybody by that name.

Thank You Shelby you played a very good game against a very quality program in Steubenville you should be proud of yourselves. You represented the NOL well in it's finale year. BigRed95 you represented your team very well by not putting down your opponent here on our forum, unlike a certain person from Bishop Hartley that I will not say his name again, that shows a very classic person that you are. If and when you play Bishop Hartley I'll be cheering you on. In case every one hasn't heard Ottawa-Glandorf almost beat Bishop Hartley but lost to them by 3 pts. The score was 38-35 ( DAMN ). Good Luck Steubenville and thanks Shelby.
