Why do you think Margaretta wanted to play Crestview in the District semis instead of the Finals? More time to prepare? Crestview has seen a lot of junk defenses and slow down offenses but I would think Margaretta won't have to do any of that.

1. New London is centrally located in the Firelands. It's under 30 minutes to New London for every school. Lucas would be 27-61 minute drive for current FC schools. 2. New London has a much more rich history than Lucas in basketball. 3. New London has only been bad for 4 years, and that's their longest dry stretch they've ever had going back 50 years. Lucas has had dry stretches (more often and longer than that!) not that long ago. 4. Nothing is drastically changing with enrollments in these schools. You don't make league changes just because of a short down cycle. Sorry but Lucas is homeless/stuck. I would bet Willard would get in the FC before Lucas would if something happened. Well said, and i agree Willard gets in before Lucas, nothing against Lucas, but its Location, Location, Location. Willard would be Centrally located in the FC, Lucas not so much. Has Willard been offered? In the meantime, they should put Lucas in as football only. It might help travel time given the nonconference games they have to scramble to schedule.

Bellevue v Upper was a good game. Bellevue hit some big shots down the stretch. Thanks OH Reports!

Findlay plays Whitmer and Shelby back to back on 2/9 and 2/10. I guess that might get them ready for the tournament (or injured). I hope OH Report has the Shelby game.

I assume dunks are pretty rare in the SBC. When was the last time Bellevue had someone dunk. Maybe Sandusky has multiple dunks every year? Anyone have a feel for this?

Crestview barely got by Colonel Crawford 40-39 on Saturday. I guess CC slowed it down. I didn't hear anymore details.

RB Chip Traynimin (sp) is 13th buckeye to enter portal. With NIL and the transfer portal college football will never be the same. I’m an advocate of them getting paid. They put in the work, take the risk, and bring in the revenue, but without some guardrails on this highway we’re headed for the ditch or worse yet off a cliff. Sigh. Unless TV revenue goes down or attendance drops (but mostly TV revenue) the powers to be in college won't see the need for guardrails.

When the Browns can't get pressure on the QB with 4 rushers, the defense is kind of ordinary.

ESPN saying Bama is hot right now. Yeah, Bama is hot Took a 4th and 31 to beat (6-6) Auburn. That's hot, lol The 4 are obvious 13-0 Michigan 13-0 Washington 13-0 Florida State 12-1 Texas Texas beat Bama and undefeated P5 teams should always be in Why are you such a resume only guy? Bama and Georgia would be favored over any of these teams.

Crestview looked really good against an athletic Mansfield Christian team. They might go undefeated in the FC again this year although depth might be an issue. They primarily used a 7 man rotation yesterday.

If Bama beats Georgia and FLA St beats L'Ville does the SEC get shut out of the playoffs or does the committee put 2 SEC teams in with MI and TX or WA or FLA St or OH St? Those won't be easy decisions for the Committee. I'm guessing the 12 team playoff can't get here soon enough for some Committee members.

The problem is Oregon is a 9.5 point favorite over Washington and Texas is a 14.5 point favorite over OK State. So Ohio State will have to win the Committee vote over one loss Florida State, Texas and Washington assuming the heavy favorites win. That's not likely but I guess anything is possible. What would the line be if it's Georgia v Ohio State compared to Georgia versus Washington, Texas or Florida State? Ohio State might come out ahead in that comparison.

So, are you saying Ohio State will be ranked higher than the winner of Washington v Oregon or do you have the PAC 12 champ in the 3rd slot (assuming the 4 things happen)?
